Hi,

Welcome everybody to this meditation.

I would like to invite you to close your eyes.

Let's go on a journey within.

Closing our eyes means we're opening our inner eyes to the all-ever-existing energy space in our body.

You can feel how your breathing is changing,

How your thoughts go to the back of your mind.

They seem to disappear in space.

Your whole body feels vibrant,

Full,

And moving in a soft motion.

The more you relax and trust this inner field,

The more you're able to glide into this space.

It's like we consciously choose to step out of one world and enter the other.

In this world everything seems to be simple,

Energy,

Connection.

It feels like we know this space for a long time.

We recognize the peace,

The understanding,

And the connection we feel on a deeper level.

Now it's up to us with our human mind to trust this process and surrender.

Our mind is so used to hold on and sustain control,

It knows the next step and plans the next move in life.

But right now things feel different.

We do understand that this space can guide us deeper,

Deeper into the core of our being and our existence.

What if we came from this place?

What if we were born from this place within?

Let those words sink in,

And let yourself be guided to go deeper.

Breathing is often a good tool to hold on to,

To sink deeper.

So when we breathe in softly through the nose and breathe out through the mouth,

You can notice that the breathing has become soft,

Like a stream of energy.

This breathing feels effortlessly light.

Keep surrendering to every sensation and feeling you feel in your body.

Keep feeling what it does for you.

What is surrounding your body?

Is this energy called love?

Or unconditional acceptance?

Or peace?

And even with our human brain,

We won't understand any of those terms on the level it's playing out right now.

Because we have our own perceptions of what love is,

How peace should look like,

Or how this unconditional field should feel like.

But what if all of that has a deeper meaning?

It's like today,

For the first time,

We approach those feelings with an unknown mindset.

That our mind doesn't understand or grasp this concept.

But in our being,

In our knowing,

We recognize this energy and this space.

We feel at home.

We feel safe and held,

Supported,

Loved,

Cherished.

We don't understand why those feelings touch us so deeply.

It's like we're awakening a part inside of ourselves.

We're reawakening the inner knowing.

Let that process happen as we speak.

Let that process unfold in its own unknown way.

And the only thing we have to do is,

Little by little,

Relax more into this space.

Just relax.

And anytime you feel your body is responding in a shrinking way,

Or a fearful way,

It's just little signs of mirroring of where we are in our true being.

And there is no wrong or judgment into this journey.

It's a lifelong journey of learning to relax,

Trust,

Surrender.

Let us see this as a lifelong goal,

To deeper connect to the source inside ourselves,

The source surrounding us,

The universe,

All of that.

It's always been there,

And it will always be there.

But we are just on our own gentle journey of surrendering deeper,

Trusting more,

And allowing our whole body to be washed in this energy.

Right now,

You feel it.

Let the smile arose on your face.

Let the gratefulness express from your heart.

See if you can cherish this moment.

And the more we slow down and allow,

The more we will be able to fill our whole body with this energy,

Our whole being.

And even wider we stretch our consciousness.

It goes beyond our physical body,

Or beyond our physical mind.

By now your mind probably has slowed down.

Feel what it does to you.

Feel how peaceful you are.

Or now you finally understand that all the thoughts in your mind probably are not that important as we always thought.

Yes,

They are there to guide us.

But what if we trust more on this space we feel right now?

Embrace it.

Love it.

Live from it.

We more and more will be guided by our true self,

The Source.

Life will become easier.

We will have more meaning and understanding of who we are,

And what we're meant to be doing in this life.

Because if we keep holding on to the outer,

It's like we keep holding on to a sinking ship,

While all we have to do is trust the water that is holding us,

Supporting us,

Guiding us home,

Like a warm bath full of love and light.

Relax one more time into this space.

Breathe into it.

And breathe deeper.

Place an anchor here for you to always come back to this space.

And all you have to do is close your outer eyes.

Open your inner eyes and relax.

Trust.

And now,

We finish this meditation,

So I would like to ask you to open your eyes and take your time to come back.

Breathe in.

Come back.
