Hi,

Welcome to this meditation.

I would like to ask you to close your eyes,

And invite you to join me on the journey within.

Closing our eyes automatically helps us to shut down from the world outside of us.

It's like we put a stop to our thoughts.

We go out of our mind and sink into our body.

Immediately you can feel this endless space inside your body,

As if you're sinking deeper into a limited space of energy.

This space feels like moving,

Constantly changing and adapting.

It's like you have a choice between the mind or the deeper layer of consciousness which we touch upon right now.

It's like you open your consciousness in order for you to see with different eyes.

We're so used to look outside to the world which is around us.

We pretend and see and assume everything we see is the truth.

That's our life.

Everything is real.

But what if we step out of that consciousness and come back into our deeper layers of real existence?

A place where we know there is a deeper knowing inside,

Where we can find the answers,

Healing,

Understanding and love.

All we have to do for that is make a conscious choice to shut off our eyes which are always looking outside of ourselves and gently open your inner eyes.

It's like you look into this space which is all dark,

Black,

Unknown,

Nothing,

But yet it feels very comfortable.

It feels that this space is providing you.

And while we go deeper into this journey and you feel your breathing changing,

You also notice that your whole nervous system is calming down.

It's like you don't need to do anything for it,

Yet it happens.

And that's the contradiction,

Because in normal life we feel we are the ones who have to achieve and do everything.

Things feel like effort.

It's asking a lot from us.

Sometimes it feels like we're pushing or striving for the next thing all the time.

But right now things feel effortless.

And once you sense this new energy,

This new place inside of yourself,

Try to relax into it.

Relax into space.

You can feel your body is softening,

Like even the hardness in your face has changed,

Because everything is relaxing.

In this space everything is timeless as well.

Time doesn't even matter.

You just feel at ease.

And try to see if you can go one layer deeper,

Just by breathing and relaxing.

You can breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

But even your breathing has changed.

It's like a soft breeze moving through the body.

It's like true relaxation we're smelting into.

What a luxury it is to not have any tools at the front of our mind,

And we just seem to be present in space.

From here we're traveling deeper into our body.

Let's go down to our gut center,

Our belly area.

See how it feels to bring your attention to this part of your body.

But remember it's not your physical body we talk about,

It's your energy body,

Your energy being.

So when we bring our attention to the bottom of our spine,

Some people call it the lower chakra,

See what my words are doing to your feelings.

Do you feel comfortable?

At ease?

Does it make you slightly nervous?

Let the energy give you the answer.

Let the energy speak to you without even using any words.

It's like we have activated our inner knowing.

We know the answers to the questions being asked.

And sink.

Keep present in the bottom of your spine,

The lower chakra,

And feel what it is doing for you.

This feeling just reflects and mirrors where we are in our daily life.

And remember there is no judgment,

No good or bad.

It's just exactly as it is.

And while we speak,

We are relaxing into it.

We're becoming more at ease in the deeper parts of our body.

Let it be.

Let it all be present exactly as it is.

Breathe that in.

And when ready,

Breathe out.

Because this breathing will help you to anchor deeper into your feelings.

To anchor deeper into this space and start to understand in a deeper knowing what this space exactly is feeding you.

What is it giving you?

Do you feel nourished,

Full,

Fulfilled?

Just breathe that in and relax more.

Relax deeper.

Because ultimately we're becoming more one with ourselves.

Because this inner space represents all there is.

All that we are.

And let's go to our heart energy.

Bring your attention to the area around your heart.

How does it feel?

Is it glowing?

Beaming?

Or does it feel locked or slightly tight?

Again,

Each answer is no good or bad.

It's accepted and understood with love.

Just by us being present around our heart energy being is helping us to get to know this directly.

How often are we really present in this direct way with our energy being of the heart?

Let the heart speak in their own words.

As if your heart is pulsating,

Moving in energy.

Just trying to tell you a story without using words.

It's like we directly feel we are directly in contact.

And our deeper knowing and intelligence is knowing exactly what the answers are.

Just because we have begun beyond the mind means that we don't need words in order to understand.

And again,

Relax into this.

Breathe it into your body.

Let it nourish your whole body.

Just by breathing.

Breathing this empty energy space.

And right now,

If there are any pains in your body or parts of your body that have been in pain recently,

Just gently go there with your attention.

Stay there.

Like you travel through the body,

Through the bloodstreams.

And gently listen to any parts in the body in pain.

It almost feels like you're just being present,

Radiating,

Being with it without any words.

We have let go of any judgment or any knowing,

Description.

We are directly present with any parts of the body that needs more love,

Chi,

Understanding.

And when we gently breathe through this,

Like you're giving your body more space to breathe.

And even the waves of your breathing in and breathing out help to energize your body in specific areas.

And we don't need to understand how things work.

We just know things work like this.

We understand on a deeper layer.

And again,

Breathe that in.

Let your whole body be filled.

Breathe that in.

That's it.

You're doing fine.

Breathe that in.

Two more times.

Take a breath in.

Nourish the body.

Let go.

And again,

The last one.

Breathe that in.

Let your whole body be nourished.

Let go.

And breathe out.

We're ready to slowly come back.

Stop moving your toes,

Your arms,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Just to give yourself some time to come back.

And whenever you're ready,

Just open your eyes and come back to human world.

And if you feel a smile rising on your face,

Just let it express without any reason.

Let us give thanks for this beautiful inward journey.
