
Let Go..
This meditation was born from several suggestions by my students, who encouraged me to share my Let Go practice more widely since I often say use this in my live meditation sessions. It is a gentle invitation to release what no longer serves you, tension, pain, stress and emotions you have been holding for a long time. Take a moment for yourself, breathe, soften and enjoy the power of letting go. This meditation offers a space to surrender and return to total stillness.
