Let's take a second breath.

Inviting energy and positivity.
Hold for just a moment and as you exhale let go of any limiting beliefs or worries about the day ahead.
Feel a sense of lightness and openness growing within you.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
Take a moment to reflect on how you would like to feel today.
What is your intention?
It could be something like I choose joy,
I embrace calm or I will cultivate gratitude.
Silently state your intention to yourself allowing it to resonate deeply within you.
Visualize this intention as a warm light glowing in your heart.
Expanding with each breath you take.
As you inhale feel this light growing stronger.
As you exhale let it radiate through your entire being.
Filling you with purpose and positivity.
