A grounding meditation, taking you down into your roots, connecting with the core of Mother Earth to help bring a sense of stability and strength into your being. You can practice lying down or sitting, wherever you feel most comfortable. Connect with the sounds of the crystal singing bowls and the support from the earth beneath you.

Taking some full,

Deep,

Belly breaths.

Bringing your attention to the tip of your toes.

Bringing stability and strength.

Maybe you spot some crystals in the earth.

Wrap around these crystals and anchor you even further.

You also soak up their vibration,

Their knowledge.

To the energy of mother earth.

And exhaling and releasing.

Coming back into your physical body.

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

And feeling a deep sense of calm and peace.
