Meditation Timer OnlineMonica is a yoga teacher based in Southeast London, originally from Brazil. Her journey began with meditation and blossomed into a dedicated Asana practice after moving to the UK. She teaches with a focus on breath, body awareness and self-kindness, guiding students to discover joy and acceptance in their daily lives. Trained in Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket, Yin Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga. Her personal practice includes Vipassana Meditation, TCM and Shamanism. She loves the warmth of the sun, river swimming, mountain trekking and dogs. Monica creates classes that honour all bodies, celebrate movement and inspire confidence and well-being. She has also led several sold-out yoga retreats, sharing her passion and guidance with students in transformative, immersive experiences.
