In this practice, we’re working with sound and vibration through an OM-chanting practice. OM is an ancient tone that is said to be the sound of creation and it has been used for thousands of years to bring the body, mind, and energy back into harmony. It's not about chanting beautifully, but about allowing the vibration of the sound to travel through you and move through places that may feel tight, blocked, heavy, or closed. Sound has a way of reaching spaces that words, thoughts, or even conscious intention sometimes can’t. You don’t have to release anything on purpose. You’re simply invited to let the vibration do the work for you. This practice is also a invitation to reconnect with your voice as a bringer of truth. As you go into this meditation, see if you can approach it with curiosity rather than expectation. Some days the vibration feels strong and obvious, other days it’s subtle. Both are perfect.
