Welcome back to lightness.

This is a meditation for meeting your spirit guides.

If you can find a comfortable place to lie down or if you feel more comfortable you can sit upright in a chair.

For this meditation there's going to be no breath work it's just all guided.

When you're ready I want you just to get settled and maybe set an intention for this meditation,

Whatever that is for you,

Whatever guidance you need to hear from the universe.

Set that intention or ask those questions now and when you're ready we'll just return to the breath.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Noticing where your body meets the couch or the floor,

The chair,

Grounding,

Holding.

You are safe in this moment.

In your mind I want you to imagine a door.

This can be any door.

Notice the size,

The shape,

The color,

How far you're standing from this door.

Any feelings that come up when you imagine this.

Now I want you to notice the doorknob and when you're ready I want you just to put your hand on it.

Notice if it's smooth or rough or round.

When you're ready I want you to take a deep breath and you can open the door.

I want you to walk into this room and take a look around.

What do you see?

This room could be a garden,

A forest,

Could be a room with different colors.

Imagine this to be your sanctuary spot,

Your meeting ground.

Maybe you notice mountains or hills into the distance in this room.

Just take in your surroundings.

What do you hear?

What do you see?

What do you feel?

I'm gonna have you walk forward a little bit and you're gonna notice a path.

Maybe it's a path through the trees or a path that just lights up as you walk towards it.

And when you're ready you're going to take a couple of steps onto this path and follow its winding way up a hill where you're going to see a bench.

When you're ready I want you to go ahead and take a seat on this bench.

Notice how it feels taking in all the sights,

Sounds,

Relaxing on this bench as you take a couple deep breaths and grounding.

As you relax you notice three people walking your direction.

Three of your guides that wish to be present with you right now.

They step forward.

Take a look at these guides before you.

They're gonna look different for everyone so just lean into what you see or what you feel.

Don't feel pressure if you're not seeing anything or feeling anything.

It will come with time.

In your mind I want you to go to the first guide on your left and I want you to ask that guide if it has a name.

What can you call them?

And just listen or feel for any answer that they want to give you.

Notice what they're wearing,

How they feel.

Maybe you ask them what they do for you.

How do they help you?

If you feel called,

Ask this guide what message it has for you right now.

What do you need to know?

Why are they here?

Listen,

Feel,

Thank that guide for its answers and now when you're ready I want you to go to the one in the middle.

I want you to take a long deep look at this guide.

What do they look like?

What features do they have?

What are they wearing?

How do they feel in your presence?

Now when you're ready I want you to ask this guide what their name is.

What can you call them?

Listen,

Feel.

Maybe you ask this guide how they help you.

Why are they here right now?

What do they want you to know?

When that feels complete I want you to thank this guide and turn to the last one on your right.

Again,

Notice how this guide looks.

What are they wearing?

How does it feel to be around them?

Maybe you ask them for their name.

What can you call them?

How do they show up for you?

What do they help you with?

What do they feel you need to know right now?

Notice what comes up for you as you ask these questions.

These guides are here to support and help you on your journey.

They are here for you whenever you may need.

Over this next minute I want you to go ahead and ask them any question that you may need answers to right now or maybe talk to them about how you want to connect to them more often.

Take some deep breaths as you do this.

Thank you to all the guides who are present today to guide us,

To support us,

To show us the way.

Thank you for all of your responses and connection and being present with us.

When you're ready,

I want you to say goodbye to your guides and thank them for showing up.

They're here for you whenever you may need.

Maybe you ask them what sign you can ask for to know that they are present.

When you're ready,

I want you to go ahead and turn around and walk back down the hill where we came,

Following the winding path back to the door.

Before we leave the room,

I want you to notice the bench that's right before the door,

Surrounded by a pool of water,

Plants,

And a garden.

I want you to just take a seat there and just notice how you feel for a moment.

I want you to take in this room around you and know that this can be a safe,

Resting place for you to return anytime you want to reconnect.

Reconnect to peace,

Serenity,

Connection,

Or guidance.

All you need to do is picture that door and walk through.

This is the meeting place of your guides where you can invite them here to meet with you.

When you're ready,

I want you to go ahead and walk back to the door right in front of you.

I want you to open it and walk right back into your life,

Right back into the here and now.

When you're ready,

I want you to just notice your body,

Bringing your senses back into the current room in which you are.

Maybe you move your fingers,

Your toes,

Take a big stretch overhead,

And I want you to just notice how you feel.

Notice what came up for you.

If you have a journal nearby,

Maybe you journal the experience,

The names of your guides,

And what came up for you.

Know that you can return to this meditation at any time to reconnect to your guides and to yourself.

For today's card pull for this meditation,

The card was meditation.

So this card says love and master your emotions.

It is time to begin or resume a meditation practice.

Gently reflect on how far you have come.

Emotional mastery means choosing to be in charge of your life by adjusting your emotions,

Ideas,

And intellect to something that feels easier and softer.

This discipline will liberate you by opening a door into tranquility and wisdom of your soul's love.

You can't go beyond limitations while you're still focused on them.

Meditate by focusing on something that brings you joy,

Such as having a massage,

Playing with your pets,

Spending time with your children,

Or creating art.

There is no right or wrong way to meditate.

It is just a gentle shift in your attention away from the physical world and into the world of infinite possibilities.

Meditation is a way of resetting your energy that brings you into a neutral space from where you can move forward.

Your life experiences have led you here.

Allow them to be the catalyst that creates joy and freedom.
