
Energetic Protection And Hygiene
In this talk on energetic protection and hygiene, we delve into the crucial aspects of safeguarding our spiritual and emotional well-being in a rapidly changing world. Participants will gain insights into the significance of maintaining energetic boundaries and learn practical tools to shield themselves from negative influences. This talk includes two practices, one to create an energetic barrier for your home and the second is an exercise to create a personal energetic protection barrier.

Hello and welcome to this talk on protection and spiritual hygiene.
I'm so happy that you have made it here and found this.
I think right now in the times that we are living in,
In particular,
Taking time to really make sure that we are protected not only on a physical level but on an energetic level is so imperative because even though we cannot see the energy,
Even though some of us may be gifted in that way,
That we are able to clearly see energy around us,
I think a lot of us don't have that ability.
Some of us process and intuit information in different ways such as feeling or knowing,
Right,
Or seeing,
But just because that we don't necessarily feel the energy or see the energy,
It doesn't mean that it's not there.
And if we are doing a lot of work with other people and we're in kind of humanitarian roles or we are caregiving,
We become this beacon of light that attracts not-so-great things.
And not to say that those things are malicious by any means,
But this is something for a very long time that I was naive about.
This protection on an energetic level and the things that you open up yourself to when you are doing energetic work,
Spiritual work,
Work with other people,
Caregiving,
Just in general,
Right,
The energy that is there that maybe we cannot see and sense.
And so my hope today is that this talk and guided exercise helps give you a framework in order to start practicing and implementing these spiritual hygiene practices in your own life.
And for me,
When I really started honing in on protecting my home space as well as my energetic space,
Right,
I noticed a lot of shifts for myself.
Before I started really practicing this,
I would wake up in the morning and I would just feel exhausted.
And it just became this,
What do you want to say,
Pattern of I would wake up exhausted even though I slept fine and I was eating all the right things.
I was exercising and yet I still felt lethargic and fatigued.
And so I would go to the doctor and everything came back normal.
And so I'm like something is going on here.
And then when I really started to implement these practices,
I noticed I have more energy.
I feel better,
Right?
And so really cutting those energetic cords of things that were attaching to me that I was not aware of and limiting that created more space for me to grow and be.
And so my hope today is that these exercises and practices gives you a framework or an idea for yourself if this is something that you want to try as well.
And so this framework,
These exercises are not the end-all be-all.
And if these are not types that you resonate with,
That is totally fine.
And so my message to you would be then,
Would encourage you to look for other exercises that may help you in protecting your energy if these don't resonate for you.
And it's okay,
It doesn't mean that you're doing them wrong or they're not for you,
Right?
It's just you require a different type of exercise or protection and everybody is different,
Right?
And so my hope is that this helps you develop a practice or encourages you to search for a different type that works for you.
So there are two types of practices that can be really,
Really helpful to start with.
And this is number one,
Protecting your home environment,
Which is you're sanctuary space in which no energy,
Outside energy,
Should have the right to impact your peace of mind and your sanctuary in general,
Right?
And then the second one is protecting your physical body as well as your energetic field outside of that.
And this encompasses not only being at home but also going out,
Interacting with other people,
And things of that nature.
So when we think about protection of your home,
You can do this in the morning or you can do this at night.
For both of these practices,
Practicing these daily can be really helpful in order to build the habit.
It's kind of like a muscle.
The more that you practice,
The more it becomes just a natural thing that you do,
Like brushing your teeth,
Right?
Or taking a shower in the morning.
And so developing the practice can become hard.
If you fall off a day,
That's okay.
Just be aware.
Okay,
I'm in a mess today.
Let's jump back on it,
Right?
Don't beat yourself up too much.
So the first one is your home.
And so with this,
And if you want you could practice this with me right now,
I'll guide you through it.
So I want you to imagine,
And this is all going to depend upon what way you process or intuit information.
So imagining may not be the best thing for you.
Maybe feeling or knowing,
Right?
And so go with whatever feels right for you at this point in time.
But I want you to visualize or think about or feel your home space.
And I want you to feel if it's a home,
You can go to the front of your house in the back and in the sides.
Try not to go over into another person's house because then you open yourself up to their energy.
So I want you to create this barrier around your home in your mind.
And I want you to go as high up as you can around your house to the sides.
And then I want you to also imagine going underneath that you're forming this kind of sphere or bubble around your home.
Okay?
And then I want you just to notice or feel around and see if there are any dense holes,
Any rough patches in this energetic sphere.
And then if there are,
I want you to call in whoever you believe in,
Whether that's,
You know,
Archangel Michael is a great resource for this.
Or you can call in any Ascended Master,
God,
Whatever it is you believe in,
Right?
And we can ask them to remove anything that means this ill will and then patch that hole up and seal it.
We want to create a barrier in which there's no holes,
Dents,
Rips,
Anything like that.
And these can form due to like energies trying to come in and things like that.
And so when you feel like that is complete,
I want you to now imagine a,
You can do this one of two ways.
You could do a reflective barrier on the outside.
So think of like a mirror,
Or you can do like a cloaking exercise.
And so whichever one you resonate with,
Go with that one first.
And so I want you to imagine either the reflective mirror or the cloaking.
And what this does is the reflective mirror,
If there are any energies trying to come towards your home or space,
The reflection,
They're only going to see the reflection.
So they're not going to come towards you,
Right?
Because they're not going to see you or your energy.
So that will redirect them away.
The cloaking is obvious,
Right?
It's going to make the home disappear almost like your space is not there,
Which will also redirect them.
And so practicing this each day and then setting the intention of this is the bubble that protects my space.
And you can call on whatever you believe in to help make sure that that is secure and that they're kind of watching throughout the day for you,
Or the evening,
Right?
And just setting the intention that anything that is of ill intent,
That means you ill will,
Or that is not of your highest good,
Is please removed from this space and return to the light.
And that anything that comes towards your space,
We call on our guides,
People,
God,
Whatever it is,
Right?
Angels,
To please make sure that this barrier is a secure barrier and that nothing can get through.
And so this can really help you kind of at night as well,
When we tend to go outside of our body or,
You know,
Are more astral traveling,
That type of thing.
It can protect your space from anything from coming in.
So that's your home exercise,
Right?
Next is your personal energy,
Energetic field.
And so I'll walk you through this as well.
So you can do this when you wake up or when you go to bed,
But also might be good,
Just practice for when you're going out around people.
So if you don't set up an energetic protection when you're going out,
The moment that you come in contact with somebody else,
Your energetic fields kind of collide and you open yourself up to everything that that person has if they're not protected as well,
Right?
And so by setting our energetic protection helps us for when we come in contact with another person,
We don't potentially open ourselves up to whatever attachments,
Cords,
Energies that they have.
And so this can look a couple different ways,
But it's the same kind of idea as your home bubble,
Right?
And so for this one,
I want you to imagine,
Think of or feel a bubble coming around the top of your head,
Around your body and underneath your feet.
And then if you want,
You can just go ahead and close your eyes and I'll walk you through this.
And sometimes I like with clients to help them imagine their energy field outside of them.
And so what I'll have you do is I'll have you,
If it helps,
I'll have you close your eyes and I want you to imagine this bubble,
Right?
And then I want you to hold your hands up by your side,
Palms facing out.
And then I kind of want you to slowly pump your hands in and out.
And I want you just to feel that energetic field and take a few moments here as you kind of move your hands in and out and just feel that energy.
And if you can't,
That's okay.
Don't,
Don't stress.
And when you're ready,
I want you to imagine that you push that energetic field that you feel or see or know is there.
And I want you just to push it out as far as you can.
And if you can't push it out that far,
That's okay.
It's a practice,
Right?
Just come back to it and keep trying.
And you just want to push it as far as you can,
Right?
And just feel that energetic field.
And then I want you just to scan in your mind's eye or with those,
With those senses,
Those feeling senses or that knowing or however you intuit information.
I want you just to scan your bubble and make sure there's no,
Like we did before,
No dents,
No rips,
No variation that your energetic barrier is smooth.
And if it is not,
You can go ahead and call on whoever you believe to help you close that,
Seal that and make sure that doesn't come open again.
And a way to make sure that you have closed that is you could use a tool to do this.
You could use a pendulum or something like that or,
Or muscle testing.
And if you're not sure how to do that,
We could do a lesson on that as well.
But you can also use a tool to make sure that that is closed if you have any questions about that.
But then I want you just to scan and make sure this is all closed up and good.
And then like before,
I want you to imagine like a reflective glass or reflective mirror kind of going around the outside of this bubble.
And this is going to detract things like I said before from coming towards you.
This is going to stop them because they're either going to see themselves or if you cloak that energy,
They're not going to see,
See you at all.
And so I want you to imagine that you have this layer outside of it,
This reflective layer,
Right?
And then make sure to set your intentions and this you can do in your mind or you can say it out loud,
Whatever is more powerful for you,
Right?
Maybe calling on whoever you believe in and asking for help.
A lot of times I call on Archangel Michael as he is a very good resource for protection and clearing and things of that nature.
So an intention could be that you set the intention that this is your energetic protection bubble and you call on Archangel Michael to please remove any attachments,
Energy cords,
What have you,
And come and vacuum you up and out to make sure that you are clear,
Your energy is clear.
And we set the intention that everything that means us ill will or is not of our highest good is removed from our energetic bubble at this time.
And that this barrier is there with the intention of protecting you from anything that is not of your highest good coming in.
And that we ask Archangel Michael,
Whoever you believe in,
To please continue to protect this barrier to make sure that nothing comes and attaches to us.
And we thank Archangel Michael or any other being that we call on to help us with this.
And this you can practice in the morning,
At night,
When you go out,
Whenever you feel comfortable,
Right?
And so just imagining that shield kind of going up whenever you may need or around you at all times.
And then I just want you to take note,
Take stock of how you feel each and every day that you practice this.
And if you feel it would be valuable to keep a journal,
Just journal how you feel each day.
This doesn't have to be an in-depth practice as well.
It doesn't have to be 10-15 minutes.
This could be two minutes where you just imagine this energy going up,
Call in whoever you need,
Right?
And then go on with your day.
The more you practice this,
It's like a muscle,
The more you will,
However you intuit information is the way in which like that gift will grow the more that you practice.
Because you know what we're doing is we're bringing more awareness over our energetic field.
And we're also kind of grounding in that sense.
We're grounding within ourselves,
Within our own physical body as well as our energy.
And this helps us become more aware of different things that come into our energetic field and things of that nature.
So overall this is going to help you just gain more awareness of where you're at and how you're feeling.
And kind of help just protect your energy and space from things that maybe you cannot see.
I want to remind you that the sky is the limit with this.
And you're not limited by your physical body and space.
Whatever you can imagine to help you in moments where maybe you need more protection or grounding,
You can use that.
And so get creative with these practices and create whatever it is that you may need.
And it's gonna take a little practice,
Right?
Because we are not used to kind of not being limited by our physical,
The physicalness of things,
Right?
And so just practice,
Play around with it,
Get creative.
And just remember that you are a powerful being and whatever you want to create you can.
So I'll leave you with that.
