Welcome to this quick stress relief breathwork meditation.
This has been quite a help for me in moments where I feel overwhelmed or like things are a little too much.
For this breathwork meditation,
We'll be doing everything out of the mouth.
You can imagine sucking through a straw and blowing it back out through that straw with pursed lips.
When you're ready,
I'm going to have you take a deep breath in through your nose and let it go out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
We'll begin.
In.
Breathing in and out of that straw.
Breathing in.
Out.
In.
We'll continue that breath pattern just like that,
Imagining all the tension in your body.
Notice where you hold it as you breathe.
And imagine breathing that air in and it going through your body.
Imagine it taking all of that tension,
All of that stress,
All of that worry,
And then breathe it out into that straw.
Let it go.
Again.
Letting it go.
You're doing great.
Allow your body to release anything that it may be still holding on to or lingering.
It's not yours to hold on to anymore.
Let's do a couple more rounds here.
Breathing in.
Last one.
Letting it all go.
Letting your body and breath settle to your normal breath.
