This breathwork meditation utilizes the tri-active breath technique to help you release energy blocks of limiting beliefs around imposter syndrome. This meditation is designed to help you release the grip of limiting beliefs that have woven themselves into your thoughts and actions. Unearth the stories that have kept you in a cycle of self-doubt and hesitation. Allow the rhythmic breathwork to wash over you, dislodging the stagnant energy of imposter syndrome and replacing it with a renewed sense of empowerment and the truest essence of who you are.

Today's meditation is going to be an active breathwork meditation with a three-part breath all in through the mouth and out through the mouth.

This meditation is going to be on imposter syndrome and where in our lives we may not show up and be fully ourselves out of fear and where we can step into more embodiment of who we want to be,

How we want to be,

And the true essence that is us.

So when you're ready I'll have you find a space that you can lay flat and be undisturbed for a little while.

If you'd like you can grab a blanket or crystals if you'd like some support in your practice today.

Whatever you feel called to do I would go with that.

You want to find a space where we can lay down flat with nothing underneath our head or legs.

I want to make sure that we are a straight and clear channel to move energy and breath in and out.

Just to highlight today that you are in control of how deep and far you go and if at any point in this meditation you feel unsafe or you feel that it's too intense I would just slow down the breath and just notice your body on the floor taking deep breaths in and out of the nose.

Of course the deeper you go the more intense the experience so use your intuition and find the speed that works best for you.

I'll have the breath work in the background so you can keep pace if you'd like.

So when you're ready go ahead and get comfortable in the space that you find yourself.

I'm gonna have you take a couple deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Notice in this space if you could be 10% more comfortable.

Go ahead and move around if you need to find the most comfortable resting place to find yourself in for the remainder of our time.

If for any reason you have to move that is fine.

Listen to your body.

Let's take some more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feel where the ground meets your body,

Where the earth meets you,

Holds you,

Supports you.

The earth is here to support and take anything today that you no longer want to carry.

You're safe to let it go here.

You're safe here in this moment.

When you're ready we're gonna start the breath in through the mouth,

Into the belly,

Into the chest,

And out through the mouth.

Long exhale.

This breath pattern may feel a bit weird at first but just keep going.

The breath will eventually breathe you.

It will get easier I promise.

Notice any tightness in your body,

Anything that may be coming up for you at this time.

You may notice emotions to the surface and that is great.

You're doing great.

And you may not and that is okay too.

Just keep breathing.

Notice where you hold yourself back.

Where in your life do you show up not as fully as you would like?

What stories do you tell yourself?

What stories have you learned from other people?

Know that it is safe to let those stories go now.

Use the breath like a broom and clear,

Clear the spaces that hold these energies.

It's safe to let it go.

It's not yours to carry.

Never was yours to carry.

You see judgments from other people are only the things that they've learned,

Their life experience,

And how they feel about themselves.

I think it's easy to take on these beliefs as our own when they're reinforced over and over again.

But this does not have to be your story.

You can rewrite your story.

You can be whoever you want to be.

Who do you want to be?

Who do you want to be?

Where in your life do you hold yourself back?

What do you notice?

What stories do you tell yourself day after day?

Let those go now.

Breathe them out.

Breathe them,

Breathe this healing energy in.

Let it wipe all of this out and breathe it on in.

Let it go.

It's safe to let it go.

The beautiful thing about perception is that nobody's opinion of you is ever going to be the same and nobody's experience of you is ever going to be the same.

So why let it matter?

The only person who has to live with you is you.

The only person who truly knows you is you.

So who do you want to be?

How do you want to show up?

For these next couple breaths,

You may want to release a sound.

Let it out.

Whether it's a sound or a scream or something of your choosing,

Let it go.

If your body wants to move,

Whether you shake out your hands,

Your arms,

Your legs,

Listen to your body.

Let it go.

The thing about sound and movement is that energy gets locked into our body and when we use the gift of sound and movement,

We can release those.

So if you feel the need to shake it out or scream it out or whatever you need right now,

Take that now.

Maybe you say what you are releasing.

Maybe you're releasing this fear story that keeps you stuck.

Maybe you're releasing this self-sabotaging behavior.

Tell me,

What are you letting go?

Breathe,

Let it out.

You've got this.

You're doing amazing.

Keep going.

Now as we release all of these stories that keep us stuck,

Let's take a couple more breaths and release anything that may be left.

You got this.

I want you to imagine who you want to be.

Who you want to be.

How does that version of you show up?

Where do they show up?

Imagine that now.

Imagine the thing that you hold yourself back from.

How would this new version of you handle this?

How would they show up?

How would they relate to other people?

How would they speak?

How would they carry themselves?

Notice what they're wearing.

Notice how you feel.

This is the true essence of who you are.

This is who you are.

Breathe into this now.

What small steps do you need to take to get to this place?

What do you need to call in?

Support,

Guidance,

Strength.

Call that in now.

Return to the breath.

This is your new story.

This is your true essence.

How can you embody this version of you in your day-to-day?

What do you have to do?

If you notice any doubts or fears coming up right now,

Go ahead and let them go.

Breathe into this and let it go.

Those are not true.

It's okay to be scared.

The beautiful thing about hard things is that they're the things that help us grow the most.

And if it scares you,

It's probably the right direction.

It's probably where you're meant to go.

So go and do that thing.

I believe in you.

For a moment longer,

I want you to hold this vision and really,

Really look at it.

Really,

Really feel it.

How does it feel?

Notice your body.

Notice where you are.

We're going to slow down the breath here.

Pumping that breath in three,

Two,

One.

Releasing that breath and breathing in through the nose and holding at the top.

Hold.

Hold that breath.

Squeeze your body.

Squeeze any of that remaining tension that you hold.

And you just notice anything that may be coming up and just hold.

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

Squeeze and hold that breath.

Now imagine releasing that as you release the breath.

Blow it away.

You're doing great.

Take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feeling your body on the floor.

Feeling this new vibration that you just created for yourself.

This new you that you just tapped into.

The you that's always been there.

Before we come back to the room,

I want to remind you of a couple of things.

The feeling is what matters.

When you're noticing these doubt and fear stories coming up throughout the week,

Tell them to take a back seat.

If you have a moment,

Sit down and bring this vision back up and forward and feel into that in that moment.

Let that be your truth.

When manifesting,

Sitting in this feeling,

This vibration,

Is what is going to manifest this reality to you quicker.

Not only is the vibration going to help this,

But also the embodiment in the day to day.

So notice that vision and notice maybe some baby steps that you can take this week to help you more so embody this new version of you.

Maybe you wear a certain color or you add something new small to your routine that you can do.

Maybe you need to have a conversation with somebody.

Whatever it is for you,

Trust that and know that you can come back to this whenever you need.

I'm so proud of you.

You did so good.

You released so much and you welcomed in so much and you should be proud of yourself.

You did amazing.

Coming back to your body,

Maybe moving your fingers,

Your toes,

Maybe taking a stretch,

Moving your body in a way that feels good.

If you're not ready to come back,

You can go ahead and stay here if you'd like.

Stay here as long as you need to meditate or reflect or be here now.

If it's helpful,

Maybe you find a journal and you journal your experience.

What kind of fear stories came up for you just then?

What memories or doubts or anything came up for you that you can write down?

And maybe you can examine more throughout your week to work through.

Maybe you journal about the experience you had in this new version of you.

With all of these fear stories stripped away,

How did you show up?

What did you do?

How did you seem?

What did you feel?

Come back to this as many times as you need for support.

Know that you are always being guided,

You are always supported,

And you are very loved.
