Welcome to this guided meditation for clarity and calm.
You can use this meditation whenever you're feeling ungrounded,
Unaligned,
Or when you need some extra support.
When you're ready,
Find a comfortable space to sit or lie down for a few moments where you'll be undisturbed.
When you're ready,
I'm going to have you take a few deep breaths in through the nose,
And out through the mouth,
Letting it all go.
All your to-do's,
Anything that's happened before,
Or anything you have to do after,
It'll be there when you come back.
Let's take another deep breath in through the nose.
For this next breath,
I'm going to have you imagine all of the things in which you feel maybe unsupported,
Any tension that you're holding in your body,
Anything that is no longer serving you.
I want you to imagine that now.
When you breathe in,
I want you to imagine it all being sucked up into a ball,
A tight knit ball.
When you're ready on the exhale,
We're going to release all that is no longer serving you forcefully out the mouth.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and take a deep breath in through the nose,
Imagining scooping all of that tension,
All of the things that are no longer serving you,
Up,
Up,
Up.
When you feel ready,
Releasing with an audible sigh,
Ahhh.
Feel where your body meets the chair,
Or the couch,
Or the floor,
Wherever you may be at this time,
Holding and supporting you.
A wounded feeling to take over,
Washing over you with a sense of stability.
Many times when we are moving through our world,
We are moving unconsciously with the chaos of the day-to-day,
Trying to go,
Go,
Go,
And do all of the things.
Many times we can get overwhelmed by our constant to-do list,
Seeking clarity.
A lot of times we feel that we are unsupported in these moments.
These moments of maybe anxiety,
Trying to force,
Or push,
Or find an outcome,
Or a solution,
Or a source to our problem.
Finding this sense of calm and grounding to support you in this moment,
Here and now.
Because only when the water settles are we able to find the true path forwards.
Relaxing into this moment here and now,
Calling on any support that you may need,
Guides,
Ancestors,
Higher self,
Source,
Asking for help and assistance in clearing the fog.
When you feel grounded,
I want you to ask yourself,
Ask your soul what it wants you to know right now.
Asking our soul,
What would you like us to know?
Trusting anything that comes up for you,
Any shift in sensation,
Thought.
Trusting that you are receiving the most up-to-date information.
Let's take another deep breath in through the nose,
Mouth.
Tension,
Uncertainty,
Letting that wash away.
Let's take a deep breath in,
Imagining the gratitude we feel for receiving these answers and support.
Leaving a leftover tension and worry,
Knowing that this connection is always here for us.
And so it is.
