This practice invites you into mindfulness with your eyes open, meeting the world as it is rather than turning away from it. We begin with a 14-minute guided meditation to settle the body, steady the breath, and drop you into a grounded state of awareness. You’ll be guided into the practice gently, allowing the nervous system to soften while attention becomes clear and stable. From there, the guidance fades and soft music remains. With your eyes open, you’re invited to rest in a relaxed, natural gaze, observing the world around you without analysing or engaging. Sounds, movement, and external stimuli are not distractions here, they’re part of the practice. This is meditation for real life. A way to practise meditative living by staying present with what’s happening around you, rather than needing silence, stillness, or closed eyes. You can practise this seated, standing, or wherever you find yourself. Let awareness stay open, steady, and embodied as you simply notice what is.
