Good morning.

Take a moment to pause.

You're here and that is enough.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down if that feels better and let your eyes soften or close them completely.

Let your hands rest wherever they fall naturally.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it gently for a moment and exhale slowly.

Let's do that again.

Breathing in,

Holding it at the top and then breathing it out.

You're safe,

You're here and this is a new day.

There is nothing that you need to fix,

Nothing that you need to prove.

This moment is your reset.

As you breathe feel your body arriving,

Feel the weight of your body wherever it touches the surface beneath you.

Let it support you,

You don't need to hold yourself up.

Now imagine a soft light rising with the sun.

See it gently stretching across your chest.

Let that light fill you with warmth and energy.

This is your morning light,

Your own inner sun.

Breathe in that light.

Let it awaken your cells.

Let it remind you of your power to begin again.

Say to yourself either out loud or in your mind,

I choose to meet today with presence.

I don't need to rush,

I am already enough.

Today I walk with calm confidence.

One more time,

I choose to meet today with presence.

I don't need to rush,

I am already enough.

Today I walk with calm confidence.

Let your breath stay steady now.

In and out,

There's nowhere else you need to be.

Take a moment to feel gratitude for this body,

For this breath,

For this chance to start fresh.

As you begin to return to your day,

Carry this calm with you.

Let it guide your choices.

Let it soften the way you speak to yourself.

Let it be the way you meet the world.

Take one last deep breath in and exhale it all out.

Now I invite you to wiggle your fingers and move your body gently.

And when you're ready,

You can open up your eyes.

This is your day and it begins with you.
