This is a simple loving-kindness practice. The meditation begins by turning attention inward, offering kindness towards yourself as you are. From there, the practice gently widens to include someone you love, a neutral person, and someone you experience difficulty with. Nothing needs to be forced or changed. You don’t need to feel a certain way for this practice to land. This is simply an invitation to widen the field of kindness and notice what shifts when you do.
