And provide tidbits for how you can best work with this program to get the most from it.

Thank you for meeting me here in the words within these sharings.
My intention for this program is to help you,
The intuitive,
Sensitive empath,
Aka divine super soul,
Turn yourself into your highest self so that you will know,
Love,
And heal by self and so that you will be happy,
Healthy,
Helpful,
And holy no matter what is happening in the world.
My wish is for you to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness for your life such that you shift the foundation of your own life and that of the whole of existence towards self-mastery.
I understand the exhaustion that comes when seeking for answers and wisdom but coming up empty,
And I can appreciate the frustrations of not being able to heal or receive the insights that you desire.
I'm sure you have tried so many techniques,
Spent so much money,
And put everyone ahead of yourself.
I can empathize with the overwhelming energies that bombard you daily,
Not to mention the energies that create blocks,
Preventing you from fulfilling your purpose and sharing your gifts with the world.
Intuitive sensitive empaths and divine super souls are very gifted but often don't realize their own gifts.
You seek,
Study,
Train,
And learn but then try to fit into a box that you don't and will never fit into.
I will help you go within to access your gifts,
To no longer seek but to know,
Love,

Hone your gifts and skills and the vibration of acceptance to allow for more expansion to be helpful and in alignment with the air element.

Teach love and the vibration of surrender to allow for mastery to be holy and aligned with the fire element.
About me,
Who am I and why am I qualified to share this information with you?
My name is Catherine.
I'm also known as Reverend Catherine Ganavsoto or the Urban Spirit Guide and I'm an intuitive sensitive empath,
Divine super souls.
I have over 20 years of spiritual and health and wellness trainings and have provided thousands of spirit guide sessions and guidance since 2007 with profound results and reviews.
I'm here to know,
Love and heal thyself and to help other divine super souls do the same.
I'm the creator of the Turn Yourself In podcast and the Self Mastery Preschool for Adults program and since 2002,
I've received trainings in Aikido,
Yoga,
Meditation,
Shamanic healing,
Servoient training,
Spiritual healing,
Yoga teacher training,
Health coaching,
Seminary training,
Medical intuition,
Transmedium training plus various other related programs.
What I found through all these programs was that the teachings were amazing.
I learned so much,
But it was in the self reflection and the going within during these teachings where the most profound healings and understandings of the self emerged.
And so my goal now is to help others gain their own self mastery by going within.
Divine super souls.
Who are divine super souls?
They are seekers,
Sensitives,
Empaths and peaceful warriors pursuing wisdom,
Knowledge and intelligence.
They don't follow a standard or quote unquote normal path,
Which can be troubling if they reside in a family that has expectations of who they are and where they should be going.
Divine super souls don't fit into the norm as far as statistics and scientific analysis of behaviors and data.
They move through the entire spectrum,
Causing anomalies and curves that skew the results.
These magnificent beings wish to renew,
Regenerate,
Transition and shift their entire being and consciousness into higher wisdom,
Emotional intelligence,
Physical potency and spiritual prowess.
They are constantly growing,
Evolving and changing.
I consider these beings the sensitives with tremendous strength,
The introverted extroverts,
The individual who is invisible but who you cannot miss,
The type A creative,
The role model hermit,
The clear seer,
Hearer,
Knower,
Feeler and doer.
They are equal and opposite and simply complex with gentle yet wild instincts.
They embody a deep passion of peace and harmony for all beings desiring what is not incapable of manifesting and creating beyond our wildest imaginations.
They learn through osmosis and understand things in ways they can't explain in our current use of language.
These sleeping dragons are ready to wake and heal their wounds.
They are ready to open to their wisdom,
Imagination,
Creativity and intelligence.
This will open the doors to their highest potential and most potent gifts,
Providing a space to share their purpose with the world and to clear the path for this and future generations.
Amazing,
Doesn't it?
Well,
There are many divine super souls who are either still sleeping or too afraid to bring their gifts into this world.
In some cases,
They don't know who they are yet or even that they are a divine super soul.
And those who are super sensitive,
Who don't have the tools and resources to function optimally,
Are so far from shining their light for fear of failure or dis-ease because of their overwhelming sensitivities.
They are sitting in their own curiosity,
Programming and illusions while waiting and hoping for change but not taking action to facilitate or manifest that change.
In addition,
They may be fraught with expectations from family,
Friends and peers eliciting a need to fit in even though deep down they understand they never will because they aren't meant to.
Here are some general signs that you or someone you know may be a divine super soul.
Super sensitive with a strong intuition,
Clear visions and dreams,
More emotional,
Sensitive to stimuli and prone to allergies,
Probable addictions,
Exhaustion and fatigue,
Strong imagination and hyper vigilance.
They feel and often take on the energies of others and know things that they aren't sure how they know.
They experience deep seated visions and ideas but are too afraid to implement them or feel stuck trying to implement them because they lack the knowledge or tools or are ridden with disease.
They embody a deep connection to nature and animals,
Preferring to engage with them over people.
They embody a strong desire to implement change at any level.
They exhibit a strong balance of left and right hemispheres that can sometimes feel like they live two lives.
They exhibit a strong desire to elevate their health and wellness and that of the world.
They're curious about the arts,
Spirit and science in balance and intrigued by the blending of them knowing they are one.
They desire and seek a new way and path with higher wisdom,
Knowledge and intelligence.
They know that it is time to wake up and create more consciousness and awareness both within and without.
They desire to serve all for higher understanding and to do no harm.
They don't fit into the norms of the world and don't care to,
Which can cause discomfort because they aren't accepted by family,
Friends and peers and appear to be difficult or that they're trying to be different.
This discourages and confuses the divine super soul who will either retreat or run.
And they love to learn with an uncanny ability to learn through osmosis in many cases,
Especially when they engage with activities experienced in a past life.
This program provides the bite sized secrets,
Reflections and exercises to guide these amazing and beautiful beings on their lifelong journey towards self mastery.
So how can you best work with this program?
You can receive so much from this program or any program for that matter,
When you build a solid foundation and relationship with it.
The first step is to understand what the program involves.
This program includes four dimensions,
Each with eight considerations.
They overlap and happen simultaneously,
Even though I talk about them in an order.
There are layers upon layers to be uncovered.
Each dimension and its considerations are unique to everyone.
What it means for one person may be vastly different than what it means for another and their experience of it.
But at the core in the heart,
It's all the same.
One love.
The first time you receive these insights,
As I imagine a divine super soul will receive them many times as they evolve and grow.
Receive each dimension and consideration in the order provided as it will help you gain the footing and foundation to walk your path with more clarity.
Your pace is your pace and only you can be fully honest with yourself with how quickly or slowly you move through each dimension and consideration.
You may find that receiving and working with one consideration at a time in a two week or month timeframe works best to gain the greatest insights.
When receiving each consideration,
It is important to understand that these are not directives,
They are explorations.
They are meant to inspire a desire for deeper contemplation and understanding of the self.
Some things may resonate,
Others will not.
We each have our own unique life path,
And no one can know what is in alignment for another.
There is no right or wrong.
There is only experience in how you choose to respond,
Engage,
React,
Feel,
Or think and believe with each.
Do what feels in alignment for you.
Engage with what moves you.
You may find that you wish to do the exact opposite of what I suggest.
And that's perfect.
Follow your heart.
Receive the information like you are learning a new skill from a place of preschool where you are curious and open to explore,
But also from a place of your own knowing.
Do not take anything as the truth or your truth.
Explore the information by going within and choosing what resonates with your present time being.
That's what these teachings are all about,
After all.
Study the material,
Take notes,
And engage with the practices as you feel called.
This is self-mastery,
Which means self-discovery and self-awareness.
You have the power and wisdom within,
And these insights are here to help you remember that and to help you find the ways to connect with your own truth so that you will know thyself,
To love thyself,
To heal thyself,
And thus function optimally as you walk your path on this earth.
For each episode,
Prepare your environment.
Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.
It can be helpful to have a dedicated notebook and pen where you write your learnings,
Reflections,
And experiences.
You may find that doing this helps to understand oneself more.
If it aligns with you,
Turn on some light healing sounds and use the same ones every time you listen.
Leave a smell of your favorite essential oils,
Again using the same ones every time you listen.
Create the environment that will best support you in your path to self-mastery.

Why Preschool?
The term preschool came to me for various reasons.
I'd been introduced to the concept of beginner mind and being in kindergarten from my studies over the years and from absorbing the wisdom in books.
It has always resonated with me to come to a place of being a beginner and to allow for curiosity,
Innocence,
And openness as you learn.
There are two specific reasons I chose preschool for this program.
First,
This is the level of self-mastery I am confident with,
And so it is at the level I embody the wisdom to share with the world.
I want it to be clear that this program is for beginners or those who wish to return to a beginner's mind.
Second,
This program is about having permission to explore and learn where you are in your journey of self-mastery.
Preschool provides you a place to be curious and to explore without expectations.
It's like going to a preschool art class where you can paint whatever you want,
However you want,
Using whatever colors you want.
Full permission to allow the part of you that is hiding within to be seen in a beautiful reflection of art.
Being in preschool isn't indicating that anyone is less than.
Being in preschool is an awesome place to be,
Regardless of if it's your first time here or your hundredth.
