Thank you for being and for being here with me today.
In the previous episode,
I discussed the fourth consideration in the Know Thyself Dimension Take Response Ability.
In this 10th episode,
We will cover the fifth consideration in the Know Thyself Dimension Train the Mind and Body.
As always,
First prepare your environment.
Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils,
And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a few nourishing deep breaths and state aloud,
I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness with ease and grace.

Train the Mind and Body Train your mind and body to be the conduits through which you communicate.
Begin to train your mind and body through the gentle direction of your emotions and feelings,
Like a light correction or redirection,
Not through force,
But through observing,
Witnessing,
And choosing.
Emotions and feelings influence every outcome.
The body and mind are here to serve you,
To be the conduits through which you communicate,
So direct them.
Create new behaviors,
New patterns,
New ways of responding and being.
It takes practice.
Align your heart and your brain so that they are in harmony.
Intend it.
Allow them to communicate with ease,
Grace,
And peace.
And love yourself,
Every part of you,
Being gentle with yourself as you learn and grow.
You may fall,
You may make the same or similar choices repeatedly,
And you may get stuck.
But all these moments are part of your training.
You will learn,
You will grow,
And it will be just as it will be,
Perfect practice on your life path towards self-mastery.
Practice your habits.
What are the things you often do without even thinking?
Switch up your routine.
And more so in those areas where you desire a shift and a change.
Sometimes switching your patterns,
Even in the most mundane of places,
Creates new pathways.
Think about using your non-dominant hand to brush your teeth or to write.
Take a different route to work,
School,
Or home.
Change the words you use when greeting someone.
You may feel that you need to respond or talk in a certain way because of how you were raised or how others have known you.
It might feel awkward if you don't appear how others have known you to be.
But remember that this is your life.
You choose the words you speak.
Create new habits that are supportive and nourishing.
These slight changes can be the catalyst for more significant changes in how you show up and respond in all situations.
The best part is you are in total control.
You can choose to do this.
You don't require anything or anyone outside of the self.
Write the following.
Imagine all the bits and bytes of data that you receive,
Assimilate,
And store for future use in the decisions you make for your life.
You receive this data every day.
And your mind,
So impressionable,
Soaks in everything you receive,
Even if you aren't fully aware of it and it uses that information to thrive or survive.
Now imagine all your relationships,
Jobs,
Interactions,
And experiences from the day you were born.
Let that sink in for a minute.
That is a significant amount of information.
Some of it is helpful,
Some harmful,
And some no longer necessary.
The mind and body intertwine in this beautiful life of yours.
They communicate,
Share,
Gossip,
Well their form of it anyway.
Yet you maintain control over much of it through your feelings,
Your body,
And your thoughts,
Your mind.
What if you could train your body and mind to use the information to thrive?
You can.
Begin by looking at your habits,
How you respond,
What routes you take,
And what of your magnificence you utilize or don't utilize.
Then change your perspective.
See through a different lens.
Take an alternate route.
Use the parts of your body and mind lacking attention.
Change how you are creating from within,
One thought and one feeling at a time.
Here are some practices you can take into your day today.
Practice number one.
Sit with the feelings and thoughts that happen repeatedly and of which you would like a shift.
Identify and write down the feelings and thoughts and from where they are coming.
And like strengthening a muscle in the body with consciousness and sincerity,
Use the observe,
Witness,
And contemplate skills along with your ability to choose so that you can shift or transmute them in perfect time into what you desire.
This practice takes dedication and consistency as some feelings,
Thoughts,
And habits take time to understand and clear.
There is no rush.
Take your time.
Set the intention to train the mind and body to your desired frequency with ease and grace.
They are here to serve you and to be the conduits through which you communicate.
Practice number two.
Get physical with your transformation.
Movement is helpful when training the mind and body as it supports the transfer and transformation of energy and therefore the thoughts,
Beliefs,
Feelings,
And habits.
Utilizing the feelings and thoughts from above in the first practice,
Engage in movement with the body and the breath in all directions.
Utilize balance left to right,
Front to back,
Above to below,
And from corner to corner.
Use a movement art that resonates with you.
It may be dance,
Martial arts,
Yoga,
Or another form of body movement where you can move in all directions.
At first,
Let the feelings and thoughts guide the movement.
It may be intense,
Soft,
Flowing,
Or rigid.
Then,
When the timing feels right,
Align your breath with peace or joy and then merge that peaceful or joyful breath with the movement,
Blending them.
From here,
Shift your mind and body to the frequency you desire,
Allowing your breath and action to align with this vibration.
Here are some affirmations.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own and repeat daily for as long as desired.
I commit to training my body and mind with ease and grace.
I choose to align my feelings and thoughts with my desires.
I choose to be the change by changing how I am creating from within.
I commit to shifting my perspective to see through a new lens.
