Hold for four,
Letting that confidence settle.
Exhale for four counts now,
Letting uncertainty and fear dissolve.

Inhale for four counts,
Drawing up violet-purple wisdom and protection.
Imagine this you like liquid amethyst coursing through you,
Bathing every cell in its glow.
Exhale for four,
Releasing dark emotions,
Fear,
Loss,
Lack,
Bad luck,
And weakness,
Watching them vanish into the air.
Now,
Imagine yourself standing barefoot in an open field of soft,
Short grass.
Gentle rolling hills cradle you.
A radiant valley stretches before you,
Its emerald slopes dotted with wildflowers whispering in the breeze.
The air is crisp with early morning dew.
Listen.
A distant brook murmurs.
Birds trill overhead,
Weaving melodies into the wind.
Feel the earth beneath you,
Steady,
Supportive,
Alive.
Turn your attention downward to the heart of the planet.
In,
You see a glowing,
Purple current pulsing at the earth's core.
Visualize its light tracing roots through soil,
Weaving into the vast mycelial network that connects every plant and mushroom.
Draw that energy up through the earth's crust,
Through the dirt,
Into the soles of your feet.
Feel it rise,
Filling your ankles,
Now your calves,
Your knees,
And thighs with luminous purple protection.
Watch as it climbs into your hips,
Your belly,
Your chest,
And your arms,
Winding around each rib,
Each muscle,
Each bone.
Finally,
It pours into your neck and fills the space behind your forehead.
Within your third eye chakra,
Two inches behind your brows,
Rests a violet crystal.
See its facets glint with ancient wisdom.
From this jewel,
A perfect purple tetrahedron expands outward.
It radiates a high-frequency Ajna shield,
Each edge blazing with light.
It quickly forms a dome over your head,
Cascading around your body like a protective bubble.
Instantly,
This dome surges outward in a ripple,
Extending its reach to embrace your loved ones,
Encasing them in matching purple halos of safety.
Now,
Bring to mind anyone you sense sending jealousy,
Rage,
Envy,
Resentment,
Vindictiveness,
Or malice toward you.
See their faces within smoky wraiths,
Dark,
Shape-shifting clouds with familiar features.
As each entity lunges at your tetrahedron dome,
Observe as it bounces off like a rubber ball.
It arcs skywards and accelerates towards the sun,
Flaring into nothingness as it meets the star's surface,
Burned away by its radiant fire.
Let's spend 30 seconds gently naming each person.
Watch their smoky forms collide with your shield and vanish in the sun's brilliance.
Now,
Repeat silently or aloud,
This purple tetrahedron of powerful Ajna energy surrounds me and my loved ones.
Its high-frequency vibrations cannot be penetrated by any low-frequency,
Petty dark energy.
