Find a comfortable position and take a moment to center yourself.
You can sit on an overstuffed large meditation pillow in lotus position,
Lie down flat on a couch,
Or get into bed and relax in your favorite position.
Wherever you want and however you are the most comfortable and able to totally relax.
Let's begin with a deep breathing exercise to calm your nerves and bring your body into a state of total relaxation.
Together you're going to inhale slowly and deeply through the nose for four seconds.
Then we'll hold that breath for four seconds,
Allowing the energy of abundance and confidence to fill and heal every cell of your body.
We will then exhale slowly through the mouth for four seconds,
Releasing any negative energy,
Tension,
And feelings of nervousness,
Self-doubt,
And failure right up into the sky.
Each thought and feeling escapes from your mouth as a stream of black smoke that is pulled from you and flies away into the darkness of space like a flock of crows into the night.
With each inhale,
You replace the dark thoughts that you just released with radiant golden energy of abundance and confidence,
Filling you from head to toe with electrifying light.
We will repeat this process three times,
Filling yourself with limitless abundance and confidence while exhaling limited beliefs and feelings of anxiety.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
And now inhale deeply through the nose for four.
Inhaling thoughts of success,
Happiness,
And endless possibility.
Hold for four.
Exhale slowly for four,
Releasing all tension and negativity.
Wait for four.
Again,
Inhale positive energy through your nose for a count of four.
Hold for four.
Release slowly for four,
Letting all the distracting thoughts go,
And wait for four.
Again,
One last time now.
In for four.
Hold for four.
Exhale for four,
Emptying your lungs completely.
Just breathe normally for a moment,
Feeling the energy,
Confidence,
And room for endless possibilities that you just created.
Feel the body and the mind become calm and centered.
Now,
Let's move into the positive visualization.
Picture yourself standing at the entrance of a grand corporate office building,
Representing your career in sales.
It's a place filled with opportunities,
Targets,
And goals.
The sun shines brightly,
Casting a warm,
Inviting light upon you.
In front of you,
There's a polished briefcase.
This briefcase symbolizes your attachment to sales outcomes,
Those quotas and numbers that have preoccupied your thoughts.
Take a moment to acknowledge those sales targets within this briefcase.
Now,
Imagine yourself gently opening the briefcase,
And as you do,
You'll witness a remarkable transformation.
Your attachment to those outcomes morphs into a flock of elegant butterflies,
Millions and millions of butterflies flapping their wings simultaneously.
These butterflies are your sales goals,
Now liberated from the constraints of rigid expectations.
Watch as these butterflies soar into the air,
Each one representing a sales opportunity.
Notice how their flight path attracts the attention of others within the corporate world.
The more you release your attachment to specific sales figures,
The more others become interested in your approach and expertise.
As you observe these butterflies in flight flying up into the sky,
You realize that by being less fixated on the final numbers,
You exude a sense of confidence and adaptability.
People are naturally drawn to your enthusiasm for the sales process itself,
Rather than the constant fixation on the end result.
Feel a sense of relief and joy as you fully embrace this detachment.
Trust that by focusing on the journey,
The relationships you build,
And the value you bring,
You'll organically achieve the sales outcomes that you desire.

Releasing any anxiety and sense of lack.
Finally,
Pause for a count of four as you let go of all that that no longer serves you.
Feel the powerful transformation within you as you release anxiety and lack while embracing confidence and abundance.
As you slowly open your eyes,
Bring this newfound sense of balance and detachment with you into your corporate sales journey.
