Hello,
Welcome.
Today we are going to sit in the field together.
So let's begin.
So just close your eyes.
And let's just take some deep breaths.
Take a deep breath into your head,
Into your brain.
Big exhale.
Deep breath into your chest,
Into your heart space.
Big exhale.
And a deep breath into the belly.
Big exhale.
And a deep breath into the pelvis,
Into the hips.
Big exhale.
Exhale all the way down your legs through the bottom of your feet.
Ground yourself into Mother Earth.
And just turn your attention inward.
Establish the witness.
And try to find that space of neutrality within.
And just relax your shoulders.
Relax your neck.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your face muscles.
And relax your head.
And just settle in and let go as best you can.
I'm running the energy today,
So you don't have to do anything else.
Just sit back and receive.
And remember to use your breath well all during this sit.
And just begin to notice the space inside your body.
Not changing anything.
Not fixing anything.
Just noticing.
The body breathing.
And the body settling.
And as you sit here,
Just begin to sense that you're not sitting alone.
There is a shared space here.
A field that we are entering together.
And you don't need to reach for it.
And you don't need to imagine it.
You just allow yourself to be included in it.
And now,
Very gently,
Just allow your awareness to expand.
Just beyond the edges of your body.
As if your attention can soften outward.
Into the space around you.
And the space in front of you.
Behind you.
Above you.
And beneath you.
Not needing to see anything.
Just sensing.
Just sensing that there is more here than just the body.
And as your awareness expands,
Notice if there's a subtle shift.
A shift in how the body feels.
How it feels when it's not being held so tightly.
And now just resting here in the field.
Nothing to do.
Nothing to change.
And the body can soften without effort.
And the field is already holding you.
And you don't have to hold yourself right now.
And letting the system settle in its own time.
And if the mind moves,
Just let it move.
And gently return.
Included.
And just begin to notice again the body.
And the weight of it.
And the breath moving through it.
And notice that something may feel just a little different.
And not because you did anything.
But because you allowed yourself to be here.
And gently allowing your awareness to return fully to the body.
And just the last few minutes of our session.
We'll just send some meta out to close this session.
So feel free to bring your hands to your heart space,
To your heart center.
And just stay with it.
The energy is still running.
May all beings be peaceful.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be safe.
And may all beings awaken to the true light of their nature.
And may all beings be free.
And so it is.

If you've drifted off,
You can start to bring yourself back slowly.
Just wiggle your toes and fingers.
Move your legs.
Stretch your body.
And we'll close with some deep breaths.
Take a deep breath into your chest,
Into your heart space.
Big exhale.
Deep breath into the belly.
And a deep breath into the pelvis,
Into the hips.
And just gently open your eyes.
Come back to the space.
