And welcome to Janergy Healing,

And this sacred space for self-compassion and healing.

Forgiving yourself can be one of the hardest,

Yet most transformative steps on the journey to wholeness.

So take a deep breath in,

Filling your heart with kindness,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing the weight of self-blame.

This moment is for embracing your humanity,

Your growth,

And the possibility of self-forgiveness.

Divine Light within and around me,

Thank you for the gift of this moment to pause and reflect.

I honor the mistakes I've made and the lessons they have taught me.

Help me release the guilt and shame that weigh on my heart,

And replace them with compassion,

Understanding,

And love.

May I remember that being human means being imperfect,

And that my worth is not diminished by my missteps.

Guide me to forgive myself for the ways I have fallen short,

And to embrace the opportunity to grow and begin again.

I choose to release the past and step into this moment with a heart full of grace.

I am deserving of forgiveness,

Healing,

And peace.

And so it is.

Now let us ground this prayer with three affirmations to deepen your connection to self-forgiveness and compassion,
