Meditation XII is specifically designed to accompany and amplify the effects of Red Light Therapy devices that use a pulsed NIR source at 10 Hz. This frequency of brainwaves sits in the mid alpha range, great for a relaxed steady focus. It is one of the most studied entrainment frequencies, with most people having a resonance spike right around 10 Hz. In this state you often experience relaxed creativity, sitting right on the edge of the dream state.

The track immerses you in the 10 Hz, with a primary binaural beat set to 10 Hz targeting Eb, and accompanying subdivisions that are also in harmony. Even the track's bpm is derived from 10 Hz, sitting at 300 or 150 bpm. The 808 drums you hear were not programmed, but performed on a Nord Drum 3P, to add a little extra human intention to the track.

I had particular success while testing this track with my Vielight intranasal light therapy device pulsing at 10 Hz.
