Out of Body Experience • Astral Projection Binaural Beats

Meditation 10 is primarily designed to induce out of body experiences (OBE) or Astral Projection. There is another version with shamanic drumming, but this version has all percussion removed, leaving only the soft sounds for maximum relaxation. If you have any OBE progress with this track, even if just a hint of the vibrations, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

The tempo for meditation 10 is not arbitrary. I used the 3.78 Hz frequency for inducing out of body experiences, but converted this to 226.8 beats per minute. There is a higher octave Eb binaural beat at exactly double the frequency of the main, 7.56 Hz. This pulses in alignment with the main binaural beat, but induces more active brain waves, with the aim of switching back on your conscious mind while you're in the dream state or outside your body. In the end, that is the real purpose of Meditation 10.
