As I've gone on to record more of this series, I've realized it can be used solely as a meditation as well <3 The first 25 minutes is a Relaxation, Rotation of Consciousness, breathwork and Visualization into the Solar Plexus Chakra. Welcome,
I'm Jocelyn.
This is the third in a series of meditations and journaling into the chakra centers.
This track is focusing on the solar plexus chakra center,
Or the navel center.
We're going to begin with a bit of relaxation and visualization,
And then I'm going to open up some questions and contemplations,
Curiosities,
And ways to go creatively into journaling within and in relationship to your solar plexus chakra center.
So wherever you are,
You might be sitting or laying back,
You might want to lay down,
But definitely have your pen and paper or your keyboard,
Whatever you're going to be writing on or writing in next to you,
So that when we come out of the visualization,
You can begin to write anything you had responses to from the visualization.
There will also be 10 to 15 minutes of music and frequency at the end of this track for you to write along with,
But don't feel that you have to keep the track on for music if you would rather do it in silence.
So just allowing your body to settle into whatever's supporting it right now,
Whether it be the floor,
Chair,
Or your bed,
And inviting your eyes to close down,
And allowing your breath to simply be,
Bringing your awareness to it,
But not trying to change it.
Just noticing the breath in your body,
Noticing the pathways of breath,
The way it ebbs and flows in your body,
The way that breath can move our body,
Move our skeleton without force.
Just noticing the depth of your breath,
Each inhale and each exhale birthed in their own time and space,
Feeling that river of breath.
As we just bring our awareness to our breath,
It naturally deepens,
And we naturally begin to give over to the supports beneath us,
Allowing your awareness to wander to all of the muscles behind the eyes,
Just inviting them to take a rest,
And allowing your awareness to wander to your ears,
Inviting your ears and your inner ears to open to all the sound vibrations around you.
How far can you pick up sound vibrations from this recording?
From outside or within the body?
Allowing your awareness to wander down the spine,
Just almost like a snake slithering your awareness down your spine,
Inviting with each movement,
Rest,
Inviting with each movement,
Rest,
Allowing your awareness to wander to your hips,
Inviting your hips to rest,
And the arches of your feet,
Inviting the arches of your feet to rest.
And let's just take a few deeper breaths,
With a little bit of vocalization,
If you're comfortable.
If you're not comfortable,
You can simply say it quietly in your head.
So we're going to inhale through the nose,
And then on the exhale,
We're just going to repeat the mantra,
SO HUM,
And in Sanskrit that means,
I AM THAT,
And you'll hear me repeat after each time we vocalize,
On SO HUM,
The phrase,
I AM THAT I AM.
And we'll begin with inhaling through the nose,
SO HUM,
I AM THAT I AM,
Inhaling through the nose,
SO HUM,
Inhaling through the nose,
SO HUM,
I AM THAT I AM,
Inhaling through the nose,
SO HUM,
And one last time,
Inhaling through the nose.
I am going to walk your awareness through a rotation of consciousness,
There's nothing you have to do but listen to my voice,
And allow me to invite your awareness across the body,
And each time I settle on a part of the body,
Might you imagine placing a gold star of light on that part of the body,
And that gold star being absorbed into that area as light.
So might you imagine as you hear me bring your awareness across the body and we land on different body parts,
Imagine a gold star of light being placed right there,
And then it gently being absorbed like light into that area of the body,
You might even imagine the light growing as it absorbs into your skin,
Into the muscles,
Into the spaces in that part of the body.
We'll start with the bottoms of the feet,
Might you imagine placing a gold star of light at the bottom of each foot,
And that light being absorbed across the whole of the bottoms of your feet.
The tips of all ten toes,
Golden stars of light being absorbed into all ten toes.
The tops of the feet,
Placing a golden light star on the tops of your feet,
And your body absorbing this beautiful light.
Your ankles,
The inside of your ankles,
The outside of your ankles,
Your calves,
Gold stars of light being absorbed in through the calves,
Spreading,
Expanding,
A golden light.
The underside of the knees,
Kneecaps,
The front of the thighs,
And the back of the thighs,
Golden light of the star being absorbed in,
Expanding.
Both hip creases,
Both hips,
Star of light absorbing into both hips,
Filling the spaces,
This golden light,
The tailbone,
The pelvic bowl,
Like a golden star of light landing in the pelvic bowl,
Being absorbed,
Expanding across the pelvis,
The pelvic bowl,
This golden light.
The lower belly,
The navel center,
And the belly button,
Golden star of light,
The lower ribs,
Side ribs,
And back ribs all absorbing this golden light of the star,
Expanding it within you.
The heart center,
A golden star of light,
A collarbone,
Both armpits,
Both shoulder blades,
Golden stars of light being absorbed in and expanding that golden light throughout the shoulder blades and both shoulders,
Upper arms,
And both creases of the elbows,
Forearms,
Golden light of a star absorbing in through the forearms,
Expanding the golden light,
The inside of your wrists,
And the outside of your wrists,
The top of your hands,
All 10 fingertips,
With golden stars of light just absorbing into the whole hand,
The neck,
The back of the neck,
Front of the neck,
And the throat center,
Both sides of the jaw,
Gentle golden stars of light being absorbed on both sides of the jaw,
Expanding that light inside both ears,
Folds of the ears,
And inner ears.
The muscle of the mind,
A golden star of light gently placed on the muscle of the mind as it absorbs that golden light and expands it throughout the mind,
The eyebrows,
Temple,
And the top of the head,
The whole right side of your body absorbing the light of this golden star flowing all through the right side of the body,
Right side of the body and the left hemisphere of the brain,
A golden light from this star being absorbed,
Flowing freely in the whole left side of the body,
The whole left side of the body and the right hemisphere of the brain absorbing and expanding this golden light across the whole left side of the body and the right hemisphere of the brain,
And the whole body awash with golden light absorbing into all the spaces,
Muscle and bone and blood,
All the pathways in your body.
I invite your awareness to come back down to that navel center,
The solar plexus,
The solar plexus chakra is about confidence,
Self-worth,
Self-esteem,
And control.
Control can also be about anger.
I invite you to listen to those words again and to see if any of them have a response in your body.
Confidence,
Self-worth,
Self-esteem,
And anger.
Bringing your awareness to your solar plexus center,
The navel center.
And might you imagine as we breathe just a few breaths,
That each breath is born in the solar plexus in that navel center.
And expands out and as we exhale it comes back to a pinpoint center in that chakra.
Inhaling and allowing your breath to grow with this energy center.
And exhaling back to that pinpoint beginning of the solar plexus.
You can do this in your own time.
Just imagining your breath being born in the solar plexus,
Expanding out and coming back in to the pinpoint beginning of the navel center.
And might you imagine standing at that pinpoint beginning of the solar plexus.
You might even imagine that you were miniaturized and standing right on that pinpoint beginning.
And looking out,
What do you see there?
Do you see colors or patterns?
Visions or symbols?
Does a memory replay?
Do you see dreams?
Wherever you are at the pinpoint center of the solar plexus,
Allow yourself to turn slowly 360 degrees.
Allowing your eyes to land on the horizon of your solar plexus.
Taking in all areas.
In 360 degrees.
And not everyone is visual.
So you might not be seeing anything.
Rather you might have a knowing of what is there.
Or you might have a sense of what's there.
You might hear sounds or see words.
You might catch an aroma.
You might feel an emotion.
Whatever is available to you.
Allow yourself to get curious.
You might want to zoom in closer and find more details.
Or you might want to zoom out and see more of the environment that you're in as you're in this pinpoint beginning of the solar plexus.
You might feel the movement of energy or the flow of energy here.
Might you imagine for a minute being at the center of this beautiful solar plexus chakra or navel center.
Might you imagine you could call out a question.
And your solar plexus would answer.
What would you like to ask?
Your solar plexus chakra.
What is present for you here?
You might see a full environment.
Or simple shapes and symbols.
There's no right or wrong here at all.
And I invite you,
Just like we are standing at that pinpoint beginning of the solar plexus,
I invite you to take a step off the center.
And allow the solar plexus to become a being.
That's standing in front of you.
What do they look like?
What do they sound like?
What do they feel like?
What do they smell like?
You can ask this being any question you want to ask it.
You can ask it for your next creative adventure.
Or you can ask it how to heal.
I'm going to spend the next minute or so being quiet,
Allowing you time to be with this being,
This energy of your solar plexus chakra.
And gently saying goodbye to this being.
Thanking it with gratitude for the presence.
Bringing your awareness up your body from the bottoms of your feet all the way up to the top of your head.
And maybe just having some micro movements in your body.
Bringing you back to this moment.
And those micro movements can get bigger if you'd like.
You might want to add a little breath inhaling through the nose.
Opening your mouth and sighing out.
And maybe doing that a few more times on your own.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes gently.
And getting your pen and paper or keyboard and just allowing yourself to write about your experience of the meditation or anything you had a response to.
Maybe even stream of consciousness writing for a few minutes.
And allowing yourself to see what comes out.
You might be here for personal writing or creative writing or journaling.
Allow the visions or the sounds or the smells or the feelings and the knowing to guide you into your writing.
I'm going to put on some music for about 10 to 15 minutes so that you can really be present having just gone through this meditation,
