Hello and welcome to your Abundance Visualization.

This meditation is designed to help you embrace an abundant mindset and frequency.

You can listen to it at any time when you feel you need to leave scarcity or lack behind and shift into an energy of abundance.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a position that feels relaxed and open in your body,

And begin by closing your eyes and taking three deep breaths,

Centering yourself in your body and energy as you are right now.

With each inhalation,

Feel yourself drawing in some peace and centeredness.

With each exhalation,

Release any tension or doubt.

Inhaling peace,

Exhaling tension.

Inhaling clarity,

Exhaling doubt.

Allow your body to feel heavy,

Sinking into the support of the ground or floor or bed beneath you.

Feel your mind and energy becoming light and receptive.

Be open to any shifts that may happen.

Be open to any information or insights or inspiration that may come through.

Now imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a beautiful garden.

This is no ordinary garden.

It's a vibrant,

Lush landscape that holds your dreams and aspirations.

This garden,

In all of its beauty,

Is a physical manifestation of your inner wealth and abundance.

It has everything you need,

And everything is open and flowing freely.

There is a gate before you.

Imagine this gate,

It has crystals around it.

And this gate represents your unique journey and your pathway to an abundant mindset.

Watch yourself easily open the gate,

And then walk through.

Walk into the garden of your mind.

Feel yourself being welcomed as a warm energy greets you and surrounds you.

It feels like you're getting a warm hug from a friend.

You're completely safe and protected here,

And everything you need is all around you in this lush,

Beautiful garden.

You see a path in front of you,

And you slowly begin to walk towards it,

Following the path,

Noticing the ground beneath you,

Which is made of rich soil,

And feeling your toes and the soles of your feet slowly sink gently into the soil as you walk along the path.

And feeling this fertile ground beneath you,

Full of possibility and potential.

Know that this ground is made of the layers of your experiences,

The lessons you've learned,

The different paths you've walked,

And the energies you've received.

This fertile ground is made of every past version of yourself and all the knowledge and wisdom you hold.

Just waiting,

Waiting for any seed of intent to be planted.

Feeling supported by this ground,

The ground that is made of you and your life,

Your past,

And your unique path and journey.

It's ready to support new growth.

See a basket in your hands.

It's filled with seeds.

Each seed holds the potential of a desire,

A dream,

A vision,

Anything you wish to bring to fruition.

These seeds are your creation,

They're your potential.

Each one of them glows with this potential and energy of your intentions.

And still carrying this basket of seeds,

Continue to walk down the path.

As you walk down the path,

You come across a clearing.

It's inviting you.

It's inviting you to plant your seeds,

Each one into the soil.

And you gently kneel down,

You slowly pick up one glowing seed out of your basket,

Turning your attention towards it.

And seeing the clear vision you have,

The intention of the seed.

Perhaps this seed represents financial freedom,

Or health and vitality,

Or harmonious relationships.

See this seed in front of you.

And now very gently plant the seed into the soil beneath you.

Pressing it in to the ground firmly.

Visualizing it sprouting roots,

Being held by the earth,

Supported and nourished.

Knowing this seed is drawing on the energy of the earth,

The energy of you,

Your connection with the universe,

Your life experiences.

And everything you hold,

All the wisdom you hold,

Is nourishing this seed.

And then pick up another one.

What does it hold?

What dream or desire or vision?

What energy?

What energy are you cultivating in your life?

And slowly planting this seed,

Pressing it firmly into the soil.

Feeling the soil,

It's rich and fluffy.

Dense in nutrients.

Nutrients of your past,

Of your experience,

Of your energy.

It's the essence of you.

That nurtures the seed,

That manifests its potential.

And then choosing another seed.

Seeing another vision.

Seeing it glow.

Knowing that you have an infinite amount of seeds and soil.

You can continue planting each dream,

Each intention,

Knowing that it will be created.

It will come to fruition.

You have everything you need.

You have all the nutrients needed,

All the energy needed to help each seed grow.

And repeating this process for as many seeds as you wish to plant right now.

Knowing that each one carries a potential.

And each one can come true.

There's no limit to your energy.

You are abundant,
