Hello and welcome to your Scorpio meditation. This is a guided meditation. I'm focusing on an ancient Qigong technique that helps you circulate your energy and free up any blockages or stagnation in your body. When you move your energy you provide space for it to transform and transmute. This meditation called the microcosmic orbit meditation will help you do that. It will help you free up energetic blockages so that you have space to create and transform however you like. Find yourself in a seated position. You can do this either seated or lying down. Whatever is most comfortable for you in this moment. Wherever you are feel yourself completely supported by the ground or floor beneath you and then close your eyes. Do a quick body scan at first just noticing where you're starting from and feel into your head, Your neck and shoulders and torso and arms, Your hips and pelvis, Down into your legs and feet. Notice any tension. Notice any holding patterns and notice any areas of relaxation. Where is the energy flowing freely and where does it seem to be stuck or stagnant. For this first round you will spend about two breaths in each area. After the first round the pace will quicken. To begin envision a golden light like the Sun above your head. Imagine a pearl of sunshine from this light dropping down to your third eye warming it and creating a glow. Feel it soften your forehead and see this pearl of light clearly in your mind's eye glowing radiantly. Now send the pearl of light to the tip of your tongue. As it moves feel its warmth and light opening each area that it touches. Now send the pearl down your throat opening and harmonizing it. Lighting it up from the inside. Continue to send the pearl down the front of your body to your heart center. Feel this light the light of the Sun sending a glow to your heart opening and healing it. Now send the pearl to your navel relaxing your belly softening here letting down your guard and send the pearl down to the base of your pelvis having it make a loop around your torso. Now moving up the back of your body first to the sacrum feeling it relax this area as it releases precious energy from here. Move the pearl up to your kidneys replenishing them and taking away any fear or mistrust. Continue the pearl up the spine to the back of your heart feeling your entire body soften as you open the back door of your heart. Next bringing the pearl behind the neck letting it open here and moving it to the base of your skull where you feel a gentle relaxation coming over your entire nervous system. Now move the pearl up the back of the skull awakening your ability to see in every direction. Finally bring it to the top of the head pausing at the crown to invite in more information as it reconnects the light of the Sun and the stars above you and seeing that pearl glowing lighting up your inner wisdom and your ability to know the path forward. Return the pearl to the third eye where you began. You just completed one round. The subsequent rounds will move with the breath. On inhale pass the pearl down the front of your body through each point to the base of the pelvis. It moves through the tongue the throat the heart the navel wraps around and then on the exhale it continues up the back of the body through the sacrum the kidneys the back of the heart the base of the skull to the crown of the head where it returns the third eye. Inhale see that pearl drop down the front of your body. Exhale the pearl comes up the back of the body creating a full circuit here back to the crown of the head. On inhale pass the pearl down the front of the body once again to the base of the pelvis. On exhale pump the pearl up the back of the body. Continue the circuit over the next few minutes watching the pearl go round and round. Inhale it moves down the front of the body lighting up each area as it touches opening and warming and healing and on the exhale it rounds the back of the body and goes up through each point sacrum kidney heart to the crown of the head and then on the inhale it drops down the front of the body continuing on through these circuits every inhale and exhale watching the pearl create this beautiful dance around your body lighting the area up and just sitting with inside yourself watching this light pass through each point moving with the breath I'm feeling it harmonizing energizing you opening you and freeing the energy to move in any direction it needs to from these points continuing here watching the pearl move watching the light inside you growing and radiating continuing with the breath and how it drops the pearl down the front of the body exhale brings it back up to the crown of the head and continue here for about another moment at the end of your next circuit pause with the pearl of light the crown of the head allow this pearl of light to stay here throughout your day awakening your ability to see clearly and to receive your intuition inner guidance and energy from the universe slowly open your eyes and feel the rest of your body move your hands and feet gently giving them attention and energy just sense your entire body feeling yourself energized ready for your day with an awakened sense of new vibrations and the ability to transform within you from this free-flowing state of energy that you're experiencing right now
