Hello and welcome to your higher self meditation.
Your higher self is so much
more than your physical or even conscious self.
It is the part of you
connected to the knowledge of the universe.
In many ways it is the universe
coming through you.
It knows the entire history and evolution of your energy
over many many lifetimes.
Your higher self is connected to the past present
and future all at once.
It is what brings you intuition,
Inner guidance,
Flashes of
brilliance and energetic downloads.
It also steers you to coincidences and
serendipity.
Your higher self is the universe and the universe is your higher
self.
There is no separation.
There is also no separation between your
conscious mind and your higher self.
You are always connected to this part of
your being but you may not always choose to pay attention to it or listen to it
and you may have had limited conversations with this part of yourself
throughout your life or you may not have even realized it existed.
This meditation
is designed to help you tune in to your higher self,
To listen to it,
To ask it
for guidance and to let it direct you on your path.
Your higher self knows your
purpose and your soul's path this lifetime.
It also knows how your purpose
is connected to past lifetimes or even future ones.
While you may not be able to
access all of this information just yet,
You can have a conversation with your
higher self to ask for guidance about your life's path and purpose.
To begin
this meditation,
Lie in a comfortable position.
You can use pillows underneath
your head or knees.
Have your palms facing up in a receptive posture and feel your
whole body rest on the ground or floor beneath you.
Start by just doing a gentle
body scan,
Releasing any tension in the forehead or around the eyes.
Allow the
jaw to relax.
Feel your shoulders relax.
Feel your back make contact with the
ground beneath you.
Feel supported.
Let the knowledge of the support help you
release any tension in your back body or your legs.
Let your breath be free and
without effort.
Now allow your body to become heavy,
Resting on the floor
completely.
Letting go of any desire to hold up any part of yourself.
Allowing
your physical body to melt into the ground.
Becoming so heavy you have no
desire to move any part of it.
And then simply just feel the ease of your breath
moving in and out as your body grows heavier and heavier onto the floor,
Releasing and releasing.
Now focus your attention on your heart.
Direct your breath into the space and feel it expand with each breath.
And as
you exhale,
Feel the energy of your heart radiating throughout your entire
body.
Feel it emitting the frequency of love and feel this love washing over
your entire body.
Stay present in your heart,
Feeling it fill with breath and
even light.
Breathing in and out,
Directing each inhale into the heart
space and feeling each exhale radiating the frequency of love from the heart
throughout your entire body as you rest comfortably on the floor ground beneath
you.
Stay centered in your heart and start to see a light around the heart.
And as you breathe in,
This light expands.
And as you exhale,
The light radiates
through the body.
Breathing in,
Seeing this pure white light of love filling
your heart space.
And as you exhale,
Seeing this light spread through each
limb down to your fingertips and toes.
Breathing in and out.
On your next exhale,
See this white light radiating through
your body and imagine the light of the heart creating a cocoon around your
entire body.
Feel as though you are floating in a cocoon of white light and
love all around you.
Seeing this light coming from the heart and encasing your
entire body.
Feeling surrounded by love and nourished by your own heart,
Deeply
connected to it and your breath.
This light that extends from your heart
carries the vibration of love and is your higher self.
Your higher self is
pure love.
And feel it surrounding you,
Giving you a loving embrace.
And be open
to this light and staying present with it,
Feeling it grow and move around you.
And allow this light to take any form.
Be very open to what occurs in the next
moments.
The light may stay as it is surrounding you.
It may also condense
into a ball of light above your body or head.
In some cases,
It may even take the
shape of a figure or person.
Spend a moment here breathing into your heart
and into the light and allow it to shift as needed.
Being open to its movements and knowing this is the love of your core essence,
The love of your higher self and soul,
Moving around you in the form of light.
And then either out loud or silently to yourself,
Ask the light,
Is there anything
you want to tell me?
And listen,
Listen to the answer.
I know the answer may come
in the form of words,
Images,
Different colors or even sounds.
Be patient with
yourself and your higher self.
Simply listen.
It's okay if you hear nothing at
all.
Just remain open and present to your breath and your heart.
And ask again,
Is
there anything you want to tell me about my purpose?
And listen,
Still
breathing into your heart,
Allowing your body to be heavy on the floor.
Being open
to anything at all and not even trying to make sense of what occurs right now.
Just observe.
And you can ask a third time,
Is there anything you want to tell
me about my life's path?
Again,
Listen with openness,
Curiosity and love.
Remain here,
Breathing into your heart,
Listening and allowing,
Being patient and
noticing what occurs.
Resting here for as long as you'd like,
Being curious about
the light and staying in your heart space.
Observing what the light has to
tell you in any form.
Some of these messages may come in loud and clear,
While others will take days,
Weeks or months to process.
Just noticing what is
being shown to you from your higher self and letting your higher self know that
you are ready for its guidance.
You are open to being guided from your higher
self.
Center on your breath again and your body.
Begin to slowly awaken your
limbs,
Making some slow movements with your hands and feet,
Gently waking your
body up from this deep rest,
Wiggling your toes and fingers.
Then begin to make
some bigger movements with your legs and arms,
Stretching your arms above your
head,
Reaching your feet away from your body.
You may even yawn here.
And then
slowly roll to one side,
Resting for a breath or two.
And when you feel ready,
Come to a seated position,
Pausing here before opening your eyes.
And then slowly
blink your eyes open and feel yourself come into your space with full presence.
If you have a journal nearby,
You can grab it now and write down anything that
came to you during this meditation.
Writing down any images or sounds,
Flashes
of color or light you may have seen or experienced.
After you've finished
writing,
Thank yourself and thank your higher self for guiding you,
For always
being present with you and for showing up for you today.
As you walk into your
day,
Know that your higher self is always with you,
Guiding you and leading you.
