Hey you beautiful,
Jenny Oceans here,
Wanting to leave you with a beautiful nighttime meditation and affirmation,
A connection to your body,
Your mind,
Your soul and your true self.
I encourage you to listen to this before bedtime,
Preferably outside of your bedroom,
Outdoors if possible,
So that you can leave your phone away from your bedroom.
Make yourself comfortable,
Make sure you are in a state and in a place where you can truly tune out and allow for yourself to soak up this beautiful moment,
Deeply,
Deeply connecting to your true self.
Get yourself comfortable,
Preferably straight spine,
If you're laying down,
No pillow underneath your neck.
If you're sitting up,
Hold your spine nice and straight.
We're going to take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
All the way down your belly.
Hold it there for a little bit,
Feel the sensation,
Feel your heartbeat and when you're ready,
Let it go.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
All the way down to the lower parts of your belly.
Hold it here for a little bit,
Hold it,
Feel the sensation,
The pulsation and your heartbeat.
Allow for yourself to just feel and when you're ready,
Let it go.
Exhale through your mouth,
Feel your shoulders relaxing,
Feel your face relaxing,
Allowing for yourself to just sink in,
Feel the gravity and just become peaceful.
I encourage you and invite you to place a hand on your womb space,
The lower part of your belly and the other hand on your heart space,
Your chest.
Just be still here,
Allow for yourself to just feel.
Continue your breath,
Nice,
Soft and slow.
Allow for your breath to just come and go in and out through your nose,
Very soft and very gentle,
No push,
No force,
Just very softly.
We're going to connect in to your true self and the more you practice this beautiful practice,
The louder her whispers will become and the more connected you will feel to your body,
Your mind and your soul,
Your true self,
The beautiful woman that you are.
I want you to think about your day and I want you to find something that you're very grateful for and in the beginning of gratitude practice,
It's easy to feel grateful and connect to the physical things such as the house and the food and the people in your life and that's beautiful but the deeper we practice gratitude,
The higher we raise our frequency,
The deeper the gratitude becomes and it will become a natural part of your life to feel this deep gratitude all through the day.
So I want you now to feel and think about something that you are deeply grateful for for today,
Feel it,
Visualize it and truly feel it inside of you.
Then I want you to find something that truly made you smile,
Something that made you really happy,
Find that one thing that made you deeply happy,
That made you smile,
Allow for your face to smile allow for your heart to feel joy,
Feel it,
Feel that frequency and energy of joy running through your body and then I want you to move in to something that occurred today that you wish that you could have acknowledged before it happened.
We're not going to blame or punish,
We're just going to acknowledge an experience that happened and we're going to be soft and gentle with us but we're going to acknowledge that thing,
The experience that occurred today and become aware of how we could have acted in this experience in a different way,
A way coming from absolute unconditional love and it's not about punishment or regret,
It's about acknowledgement,
Acknowledging how we in the future can meet these experiences and choose,
Make the choice to act in a place and in a way of absolute unconditional love.
So I want you to think about that now,
The way you spoke to someone,
The way you drove,
The way you ate,
The way you move,
The way you drank water,
Whatever it might have been and there is no punishment,
There's no regret,
There's no anger,
There's just acknowledging the experience and becoming aware of how you next time this experience occur,
You can greet it and act and come from a place of unconditional love.
Now I want you to tell yourself that you love yourself deeply and completely,
Repeat after me now,
I love myself deeply and completely.
I love myself deeply and completely.
I allow for myself to be heard,
I allow for myself to be seen,
I allow for myself to be me in my purest form and I love myself deeply and completely.
Stay with this sensation,
Stay with this thought,
Connect to your womb space where your hand is laying,
Feel the heat from your hand on your womb,
Your house,
Your home,
Within your body,
The place of life force energy,
The place of life creation,
The place where we can connect to and always feel held,
Supported,
Nurtured and loved,
No matter where we are,
No matter what's going on,
Our house,
Inside of our bodies,
Our place of home and we can always connect to our home,
Feel the heat from the palm of your hand,
Radiating into your womb space,
Your sacral.
Take a nice deep breath all the way down your throat,
Down your chest,
Down your belly,
Down to the lower parts of your belly,
All the way into your sacral,
Into your womb space and hold your breath here.
Feel the sensation,
Feel the pulsation,
Feel your heartbeat and allow for your body to just be and when you feel that you need to take a breath,
Just hold a little bit longer and if you haven't already,
Take a soft gentle exhale and a soft gentle inhale through your nose and bring your breath back to soft gentle flow in and out through your nose and that's it.
Feel the frequency of absolute unconditional love running through your body,
Your mind and your soul.
Know that your true self is receiving and we're going to take another deep breath in through our nose and we're going to bring that breath all the way into our heart,
Deep breath in now,
Into your heart space,
Feel how your heart is expanding,
It's expanding now and hold your breath here,
Feel that heart beating,
Feel its pulsation in your heart,
Knowing that you are expanding and opening your heart,
Allowing for absolute unconditional love to be gifted and received from yourself as well as from others.
Hold it here and let it go,
Exhale soft gentle breath in through your nose and out through your nose,
Allow for a soft gentle flow of breath in and out through your nose,
We're going to stay here just for a little while,
Allowing for yourself to feel that frequency of absolute unconditional love running through your body,
Your soul,
Your mind,
Deeply connected to your true self.
As you're preparing yourself for a good night's sleep,
You know that you have opened your heart,
You have filled your body,
Your mind and your soul with frequency of absolute unconditional love,
You filled yourself up with a frequency of gratitude,
You have acknowledged your day,
You're feeling the joy and you are ready to let yourself drift off to sleep.
As you're taking your headphones out and packing your phone away,
You're going to softly and gently walk into your bedroom,
Lay down and as you lay down in bed,
You're going to place a hand on your heart and a hand on your womb space,
Feel your heartbeat and feel the heat from your hand on your womb and you're going to allow for yourself to drift off to soft deep beautiful sleep.
