Welcome beautiful to this beautiful connection meditation where we're going to find ourself in our theta state,
A state where our mind is receptive to change.
We're going to connect deeply into our body,
Into our soul and into our mind to allow for ourself to change the state that we are in.
With a beautiful soft gentle breath we will regulate our nervous system that will also allow for us to come into this beautiful state where we can and we will change our thoughts that will send signals into our body that will create and change the way that we feel.
I welcome you all to take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
All the way down your throat,
Down your chest,
All the way down your belly.
Let it sit there,
Feel the sensation and let it out through your mouth,
Let it go.
A nice deep breath in through your nose,
All the way down your throat,
Down your chest,
All the way down to the lower parts of your belly.
Let it sit here,
Feel the sensation,
Hold it,
Yeah and let it go out through your mouth.
I want you to know and visualize that every single inhale that you take is a gift,
Is a breath of brand new life entering your body,
A brand new life entering your body and every single exhale is letting go of debris of what is no longer serving you.
Your breath is an automatic cleansing system inside of you and I want you to think about that and feel grateful for that automation allowing for new life to enter your body and allowing for your breath to let go of what is no longer serving you.
Through this beautiful meditation,
We're going to utilize a very slow,
Soft,
Gentle breath in and out through our nose.
I invite you to place a finger on top of you,
Underneath your nose,
Just on your lip,
Just below your nose.
I want you to visualize that your finger is a soft,
Fluffy,
White feather and we're going to breathe softly and gently in and out through our nose but so softly and so gently that the feather isn't moving.
Just a very,
Very slow,
Soft,
Gentle breath in and out through the nose,
Yeah,
Soft and gentle.
Now we're going to connect with our heart,
Connecting with our heart space.
Feel your heart and keep that soft,
Gentle breath going,
Feel your heart beating inside of your body,
Connect with your heartbeat,
Yeah.
I want you to feel your heart and I want you to know that your heart was the very first organ created inside of your body,
The very first organ created for you to give you life but to also allow for other organs to be created,
It was created inside of your body to gift your body life.
That heart is still beating for you,
Continue with your soft,
Gentle breath,
Very soft and very gentle.
Feel that beautiful heart beating for you and just for you,
I want you to now think about your heart and feel a deep,
Deep,
Deep gratitude for your heart,
Yeah.
I want you to feel your face smiling with deep gratitude for your heart still beating for you,
Allowed for every single organ in your body to be created,
Keeping you alive alongside many other parts of your body.
I want you to feel that deep gratitude,
Yeah and I want you to feel your smile getting bigger and bigger and as this is happening,
Your body is now creating more feelings and thoughts of gratitude.
Continue with a soft,
Gentle breath,
In and out through your nose.
You are still smiling,
Feeling deep gratitude for your heart and our mind will create more of what we are thinking about.
Our mind doesn't know what's true and what is not true,
What has happened and what hasn't happened.
Our thoughts create a chemical reaction that's getting sent into our body and our body will create a feeling to match that thought and this feeling of deep gratitude for your heart is making you feel grateful,
It's making you feel joy and as you are feeling that your body is creating that chemical reaction,
Your mind is going to create more delicious,
Grateful thoughts and you're going to feel even deeper gratitude,
More joy and this is how we create loops of higher frequency states and when we're starting to understand this,
We're understanding that we are in control of our mind because we are when we choose to be,
Yeah.
Feel that smile on your face,
Feel the gratitude inside of your heart,
Continue your soft,
Gentle breath in and out through your nose,
Very soft,
Very gentle,
Allow for the feather to just sit there as you feel your heart beating.
We are going to move down to our feet now,
I want you to focus on your feet,
Yeah,
The feet that took your very first step,
Yeah,
Your feet that allowed for you to take your very first step,
The feet that allowed for you to run to your mum or your dad or your caretaker at first day of pickup from daycare or a friend's house,
The feet that allowed for you to run over the hot sand all the way down to the cooling water,
The feet that allowed for you to run to your first ice cream shop,
The feet that allow for you to walk down the aisle to marry your soulmate,
Your feet that allowed for you to walk up through the hike,
The mountain or the feet that allowed for you to walk through the mall if that is what you enjoy doing,
The feet that allows for you to run to your child if they scraped their knee,
The feet that allows for you to go towards whatever it is you're desiring in life,
I want you to feel some deep gratitude for your feet,
A part of our body that many often take for granted,
Give some gratitude to your feet now,
The same time as you continue with your soft gentle breath in and out through your nose,
Your feet that has taken you everywhere your entire life,
Every step that you have taken your feet has allowed for that to be that step.
And I want you to be conscious with your feet,
I want you to after this allow for your feet to be naked,
Allow for your feet to not be restrained within your shoes and socks,
Allow for your feet to touch the earth,
To feel the earth,
To ground to earth and to connect.
Because this sensation of your naked feet feeling the earth underneath is so incredible for you,
It grounds you,
It actually helps regulate your nervous system,
It's really good for your immune system,
It creates a sensation and a connection between the earth and you and your body.
You come into that beautiful harmonious connection with earth,
With nature,
We are all an extension of nature and when you allow for your naked feet to feel the earth,
You come into beautiful rhythm with earth,
With nature,
A rhythm that will allow for you to come into beautiful homeostasis,
A state of being where we're wanting to be a state of peace.
Continue with your breath nice and slow in and out through your nose as we're going to move up,
Up the legs,
Up to your thighs,
You can place a hand on your thigh or maybe both hands on your thigh as you continue the soft gentle breath in and out through your nose,
Don't move that white fluffy feather.
The thighs that many,
Many people,
Many women especially,
Too large,
Too big,
Too soft,
Too floppy,
Too small,
Too bony,
So much judgment on our thighs and if that is you,
If that has been you,
I want you to be okay with that,
Don't punish yourself,
It's all right,
It is okay,
We can change it from now,
We will change the way we feel about our thighs.
So I want you to think about your thighs and be grateful for your thighs,
They have also allowed for you to climb up stairs and steps and mountains,
Allowed for you to get from point A to point B alongside your feet,
Your beautiful thighs where your children can sit,
Yeah,
Your thighs where you can have little children playing and jumping as they're little,
Jumping up and down on your thighs,
Your thighs where you can have loved ones just sitting,
Connecting,
Your thighs where you can place all different things as you're driving the car,
Use as a little table,
Continue that beautiful soft gentle breath in and out through your nose and I want you to feel deep gratitude for your thighs,
I want you to really feel that smile on your face,
You have so much gratitude running through your body right now and your mind that your face is almost getting stiff and sore from smiling,
Yeah,
We are changing the frequency inside of you right now,
We are elevating,
We are bringing your frequency up,
We are allowing for your thoughts to be thoughts coming from a place of gratitude,
Bringing chemical reactions into our body,
Creating feelings of gratitude,
Raising our frequency,
Allowing for us to feel gratitude,
Feel better,
Allowing for us to smile and feel good.
See our thoughts create a chemical reaction to our body,
Our body creates a feeling up into our thoughts and the cycle is on,
The loop is on repeat.
So whatever thought you are creating in your mind will send signals to your body to create that feeling and your thought will create more of that thought and your body will create more of that feeling.
So the more conscious you become of your thoughts and choosing your thoughts wisely,
The more aware you will become and the more you will be in conscious control of your frequency.
We're going to move up to our belly,
Our womb space right now,
A place where many,
Especially women but men also,
Feel a disconnection,
Feel upsetment,
Punishment,
In our womb space,
A lot of pain is connected to this space,
Bloating bellies,
Stuck experiences in our solar plexus,
Our belly is such a space,
They get punished for lots and often there is not a lot of love and gratitude that gets placed into this area of our body.
I want you to connect into your womb space right now,
The place of home inside of your body,
The place of life creation,
This is where we were all created inside of the womb.
I want you to think about that area of your body right now,
I actually want you to take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
All the way down your lower part of your belly,
Your womb space,
And hold that breath in there just for a little bit.
Feel the sensation and the pulsation and when you are ready,
Let the breath go out through your mouth,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Yeah,
And come back into your soft,
Gentle breath in and out through your nose,
Don't move that feather.
Our womb space is our house,
A home inside of our body,
Place of creation,
Place of life force energy.
Our solar plexus need movement,
Need activation,
A place where experiences,
Trauma,
Whatever you might call it,
Gets stuck inside of our solar plexus creating pain.
Also the same area,
It's the same space in our body where our diaphragm is.
Also a reason why a lot of people are not breathing with a diaphragm,
Which means we're not utilizing our breath,
Which means that also removes us from being in a state of rest and recovery,
State of homeostasis inside of a body where a nervous system is regulated.
So let's place some focus on our womb space now,
The place of creation,
In togetherness with a place of our whole entire belly,
Our diaphragm,
Our solar plexus.
Let's place a focus on here now and feel some deep gratitude for this.
Life creation,
Womb space,
Where life is created.
Thank you.
Yes,
I want you to have a smile on your face and really feel gratitude for that,
For yourself,
For being alive,
For your children,
For being here,
For your best friend to be born,
For your soulmate to be born.
Thank you,
Womb space.
Thank you.
Thank you for the life of creation.
And thank you,
Belly.
Thank you for processing my food.
Thank you for allowing my systems to work.
And again,
If we do not have a regulated nervous system,
Our digestive system will not work correctly.
So important that we are regulating our nervous system.
So important.
Continue with your soft,
Gentle breath.
Very soft and very gentle.
Don't move that feather.
As we are feeling deep gratitude for our belly,
Our sacral,
Our womb space,
Our solar plexus and our diaphragm.
Deep,
Deep gratitude for that space of our body.
And we're going to move up into our heart space.
Into our beautiful heart that we connected to earlier at the beginning.
Just again,
Feeling some deep gratitude for our heart.
And I want your face to be so sore now from smiling.
From that deep gratitude and love for yourself and your body.
I want your face to feel a little bit sore and tingly from all the smiling that you are doing.
Creating the feeling of gratitude and love.
Your mind sending the thoughts to your body.
Your body creating the feeling of gratitude and love.
Your mind then creating more thoughts of love and gratitude.
And the beautiful loop is created.
But a loop of conscious thinking.
A loop of being conscious.
A loop of being the creator.
A loop that brings your thoughts and feelings and emotions to feel good.
A raise your frequency for you to live a life of the highest frequency.
We're going to move up to our throat.
Yeah.
As we have now felt gratitude for our heart,
I want you to understand and know that all of us,
All of our words,
All of our intention can truly come from a place of unconditional love.
Our words can be spoken from a place of absolute unconditional love.
Because we are now conscious.
We are the creators.
Allow for your words to be medicine.
Allow for your words to affect people in a beautiful,
Loving way.
Allow for yourself to speak your truth.
Always.
Allow for yourself to be heard and seen.
And I want you to feel some deep gratitude for your throat now.
Allowing for you to speak,
Allowing for you to sing.
Yeah.
Moving up into our mouth.
A mouth often taken for granted.
A mouth often taken for granted.
A mouth allowing for all of our tastes and sensations to come through.
Allowing for us to be able to speak,
To sing.
Allowing for us to chew,
Taste.

Allowing for us to kiss our loved ones,
To kiss our children.

I want you to smile and I want you to feel deep gratitude for your mouth and your lips right now.

Raising our frequency.
Raising our frequency high to a state where we're wanting to be.
A state of joy and pleasure and peace and laughter and gratitude.
Transforming our and changing the entire way of our body and our mind to functioning by thought alone.
