Hi there beautiful.

This is Jenny Oceans and I will take you through a beautiful little girl connection meditation and visualization for the next 20 minutes or so.

Make sure that you're in a place where you can truly let go and allow for yourself to just focus on you.

That you are somewhere where you will not be interrupted for the next 20 minutes.

Making sure that you are in a place where it's safe for you to close your eyes down and truly let go.

Where you're not needing to be present for anything or anyone for the next little while.

Celebrating you for taking this time for you.

Taking this time to connect deeper and deeper within yourself and connecting to that little girl within you.

Invite you now to get yourself into a comfortable position.

Whether that is sitting up with a straight spine or if that's laying down.

Just make sure that your spine is nice and straight.

So if you are laying down make sure you don't have a big bulky pillow under your head.

If you choose to have a pillow make sure that you slide a pillow down underneath your shoulders so that your spine stay nice and straight.

Let's take a nice deep breath in through your nose right now.

All the way down your throat,

Your chest,

The lower parts of your belly and once your breath reaches your belly just hold your breath there for a little while.

Feel the sensation,

Feel the pulsation inside of your body and feel your heartbeat.

And let it go out through your mouth when you are ready.

We're going to take another two breaths right here.

Another deep one in through your nose,

All the way down your throat,

Your chest,

All the way down the lower parts of your belly.

Hold your breath here.

Allow for yourself to feel the sensation,

Feel the pulsation of your body,

Feel your heart beating for you.

And when you're ready let it go out through your mouth and truly let it go with a sigh or a sound if that feels nice.

And let's do another deep,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Feel your body relaxing as you're pulling the breath in all the way down the lower parts of your belly.

And when you're ready just let it go.

Bringing your breath back to your nose,

In and out through your nose.

Letting the breath come and go as it desires.

Knowing that every inhale is a breath of brand new life entering your body.

And every exhale is letting go of what is no longer serving you.

Let your breath come and go in and out through your nose.

Placing our focus on our head right now.

Focusing right in the middle of our head right now.

All of your attention in there.

Feel what's around and feel all the way to the outside of your face,

Your skull,

Your hair.

And let it go.

Focusing on your neck,

The spine inside of your neck.

Focusing on the outside of your spine and all the way out to your actual neck and the skin on your neck.

And let it go.

Focusing on the bones in your shoulders,

Your collarbones,

On the outside,

All the way out onto the skin.

And let it go.

Focusing on your lungs,

The outside of your lungs,

All the way out to your back and the skin surrounding your chest and your back.

And let it go.

Focusing on the joints in your arms and in your fingers.

All the way out to your skin and let it go.

Focusing on your heart space,

Your diaphragm,

The inside of your body and your vital organs.

All the way out to the skin surrounding your heart space,

Your diaphragm,

Your belly and let it go.

Focusing on our womb space,

The internals,

All the way out to the skin surrounding our lower bellies and our hips and let it go.

Focusing on the joints in our knees and all the joints in our toes and our ankles.

And all the way out to the skin surrounding our legs and our feet and let it go.

Trusting and surrendering into the knowing that where we are right now we're absolutely safe.

We're held,

We're seen and we're so supported and we are more loved than ever before.

Feeling our feet bare on the grass.

We can see staircase in front of us.

We're going to walk down.

Going 10,

8,

Getting closer now,

7,

6,

Feeling fresh air onto our skin,

5,

4,

The strong smell of freshness is getting closer,

3,

2,

Our feet are getting damp,

1 and we arrive.

Arriving in a big forest,

Tall trees all around us in neat and tidy rows,

Growing tall and growing strong.

Our feet are bare and our skin is touching the grass,

Soft moist grass.

We look ahead and we see a narrow path ahead of us,

A narrow path with beautiful green soft grass.

We only see a little bit further,

Taking step by step along the path,

Feeling our feet on the soft gentle grass.

Looking ahead and all we can see is the tall strong trees and this narrow green path of soft grass.

Keep walking along the path,

Getting closer and closer to what appears to be a shadow,

Not knowing who or what the shadow is,

We're walking closer and closer,

Getting up towards the shadow.

It appears to be a little girl,

We get curious and excited and we're starting to run towards this little girl,

Running closer and closer,

Her face become clear,

Her body and her clothes become easier for us to see.

We slow down as we're getting closer,

She looks at you and she smiles.

As you get closer and closer and she's reaching her hand out,

You grab her hand,

She say thank you,

Thank you for coming to meet me,

I've been waiting for you.

As you're holding her hand,

You're pulling her closer to your chest,

Giving her a big squeeze and a big hug,

You get a warm rush inside of you,

Feeling a closeness,

A sensation of home.

You feel heard and you feel seen and you feel deeply held,

Supported and loved.

Realising that you're meeting her,

You,

Yourself as your little girl.

You're letting the grip loose but you're still holding her hand,

You look deep into her eyes,

You see sadness but you also see so much joy.

She smiles at you and she say,

Can we go for a walk through the forest?

And she leads the way,

She's holding your hand and she's leading the way.

As she's walking through the forest,

She's asking you,

How are you?

How have you been and where have you been?

I've been waiting here for you all along,

I've been waiting for you to arrive.

I knew you were always there,

She said but I have been waiting for you to show up.

It's okay whatever was holding you back but I'm really glad that you are here now,

I'm glad that we're here together.

She takes you out to a circle of green soft grass,

It's soft,

It's dry and it's a perfect spot to lay down.

You lay down next to each other,

Looking up into the beautiful sunlit sky.

The sky is blue and beautiful grandmother is shining and father's son is shining down heating you up.

As you lay next to each other on the soft green grass,

You lay there,

You listen to her stories,

You listen to what she's got to share with you.

I see you,

I hear you,

I'm with you,

I trust you.

You were never alone,

You were never alone,

You're always loved,

You are so strong,

You are worthy,

You're powerful,

You are needed,

I love you,

I appreciate you,

I hear you,

I see you,

I acknowledge you,

I'm always with you,

I believe in you,

I value you,

I hold no fear,

I trust,

I surrender,

I love myself,

I know that I'm worthy,

I listen to myself,

I see and acknowledge myself,

I stand by my own side,

You sit up,

Holding your little self in her hands and as you look up you see a big black and brown eagle soaring above you.

As you fly off,

You spot that there is another one right behind him,

There is two of them,

They fly in opposite directions and you look into your little self's eyes,

You tell her that you love her,

You tell her that you're sorry for ignoring her,

She say it's okay,

We are here now.

You hold her tight in her hands and you promise her to do the very best that you can to never leave her side again,

You tell her you're going to do the very best that you can to keep her close,

To connect in with her,

To ask her what she needs,

To tell her what she desires to hear,

You tell her that you love her,

She smiles and she say,

Can you promise to listen?

Because I'm always here and I'm always talking to you,

Can you promise to listen deeper so that you can hear the whispers of my voice?

You nod and say,

Yes I can and yes I will,

You stand up and you're starting to walk back on the narrow green path in between the trees,

Taking step by step further down the path,

Getting closer to the staircase,

Step by step,

Feeling the soft moist grass under your feet,

Looking beside you and there she is holding your hand,

You feel full,

You feel loved,

You feel heard,

You feel seen.

As you get to the end of the staircase,

You turn around and you look at each other,

I'll wait here,

She says,

But remember that I'm always with you,

No matter where you are,

Remember to listen to my whispers,

She says.

She turns around and she walks away,

Skipping,

Skipping through the narrow path,

Her skips are happy and bouncy and off she goes.

Walking up through the staircase now with a heart full,

One,

Two,

Three,

Your feet are getting drier,

Four,

Five,

Six,

You're starting to feel the smell of the room where you're at right now,

Seven,

Eight,

You're starting to feel the floor beneath you or the chair under you,

Nine,

Ten,

You're now back in your room where you started the journey,

Taking a nice deep breath in through our nose,

All the way down our throat,

Down our chest,

Down our belly,

Let it go,

Another deep breath in through your nose,

Down your throat,

Down your chest,

Down your belly,

Letting it go,

Allowing for your breath to come back to its natural rhythm,

Feeling your heartbeat inside of your body,

Starting to smell the smells of the room where you started a journey,

Softly and gently wriggle your fingers and your toes,

Preparing yourself to get back,

Get back into the room where you started the journey,

Moving your hips side to side,

Slowly and gently,

There is no rush,

When you are ready,

You turn to the side,

Whatever side feels the most comfortable for you,

Beautiful,

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Focus on the very first thing that you see once you open your eyes,

Decide to feel deep gratitude for that thing,

Whether that is a light beam,

Shadow,

Floorboards,

A book,

A glass,

Whatever it might be,

Just choosing to feel deep gratitude for that thing that you are deciding to lock your eyes on,

Feeling full,

Feeling loved,

Feeling deeply connected to yourself,

Taking your time to wake up,

Taking slow moments,

Allowing yourself to have some water and ease yourself back into your day,

Celebrating you for taking this time for you,

Proud of yourself for taking this time for you,

And knowing in your deepest knowing that you are deeply connected to your true self,

Deeply connected to your little girl and that she always lives within you and you are always connected.
