Hi there beautiful.

I'm going to bring to you a beautiful recording to help you release anxiety to give you a tool that you can utilize when you feel that anxiety bubbling up.

I have so many people at the moment reaching out specifically speaking about overwhelm and anxiety.

I used to struggle with anxiety myself so I totally understand what it's about.

I used to have anxiety and panic attack very frequently and I know how painful and crippling it is.

So I decided to record for you a very easy simple breath that you can do at any given point in time.

It's called a box breathing.

It's called a box because we're going to breathe in a box.

So you breathe in for the same amount of time as you hold for the same amount of time as you breathe out as the same amount of time as you hold.

So we're going to do that for the count of four.

Four in,

Four hold,

Four out,

Four out.

So four in,

Four out,

No four in,

Four hold,

Four out and four hold.

That was complicated.

It's really simple.

That you can do anytime when you feel that sensation of anxiety bubbling up you can utilize this breath.

What we're going to do today is that I'm going to take you through a little bit of a beautiful process,

A journey.

I encourage you to do this when you are able to.

You need to be able to sit down and close your eyes down and allow for yourself to just receive this.

So do not play this when you're driving or you're working or doing something where you need to be present.

Save that for,

Save this beautiful recording for when you can actually sit down and receive.

So why do we come into a state of anxiety?

Anxiety is with simple description when our body comes into a fight or flight where our mind is trying to protect us from danger.

The thing is that most of the time when this happens,

We're actually not in danger.

But what happens is that we have so many unclosed loops.

So what does an unclosed loop means?

It is an experience that we've had previously where we didn't finalize it.

We didn't show our body and our mind that we're actually safe.

So something happened.

It could be,

You know,

Stress at work,

Or it could be an accident.

It could be,

You know,

Big thing,

Little thing,

Whatever it might be.

It's a matter of us showing our mind and our body that we're actually safe and that it's okay to come back into homeostasis.

This is where we want to be.

This is where we feel relaxed and we feel harmonious.

So it's a constant balance.

And sometimes it's good to get into that fight or flight where,

You know,

We might have a threat.

We might need to get going and get ourselves to where we need to go.

And then we need to come back down into that beautiful harmonious state again.

And sometimes it will go the other way and we might sit on the couch and we will just feel drained.

We feel like we're in sticky glue and we can't move.

We have no motivation.

And then we need to bring ourselves up to that beautiful homeostasis.

So there's different techniques we can do to do that.

But for now,

We're going to focus on anxiety because I really want to reach all of you beautiful people that I see contacting me and contacting on other places,

Struggling and suffering from anxiety.

So we're going to do this beautiful box breath.

But before we do that,

We're going to do a little beautiful process of just connecting into our body,

Connecting into our soul.

So I encourage you now to close your eyes down if you are in a safe place to do so.

Please know that there's no right or wrong way.

There is no right or wrong way.

I'm going to start off in the breath to count you in and then I'm going to let you go into the rhythm and follow your rhythm.

Don't worry about it.

Just go with your rhythm.

The same amount in,

Hold,

Out,

Hold,

In,

Hold,

Out,

Hold.

I will,

You know,

I'll be there for you.

You'll be absolutely fine.

Just let it be what it is and just know and trust that you're going to receive exactly what you need to receive at this point in time.

Here we go.

Close your eyes down now and take a deep breath in through your nose all the way into your belly.

Fill your belly up.

Feel your belly expanding and exhale out through your mouth.

We're going to do that one more time.

A big breath in through your nose.

Feel it filling up your body,

Expanding your belly.

Hold it there.

Feel the sensation,

The tingles,

The vibrations inside of your body from that breath being held inside of your body and let it go out through your mouth.

With our next breath,

I want you to truly feel and experience that this inhale is the inhale of brand new life,

Entering your body and filling your body and your soul up with brand new life and I want you to truly feel that.

Breathe in now.

Deep,

Big breath in through your nose all the way into your belly and hold it.

Hold your breath.

Feel the sensation.

Feel the tingles.

And as you exhale,

I want you to feel and see and experience that you are letting go of what is no longer serving you and I want you to keep this in mind every time you take a breath.

Come back in,

Understand the process,

Bringing in brand new life,

Letting go of debris of what is no longer serving you,

A beautiful cycle of life.

Beautiful.

I want you to now keep your focus on your feet.

What does your feet feel like?

Are they hot,

Cold?

Is there any restriction?

Do they feel soft?

Truly feel the sensation in your feet right now.

Place all of your focus on your feet.

We're going to move up to your calves.

How do they feel right now?

What sensation is in your calves right now?

What sensation is in your calves right now?

Tight,

Soft,

Hot or cold?

Moving up to your knees.

Feel them connect.

And we're moving up to your thighs.

Experience,

Feel your thighs right now.

Moving up into our hips.

We often have stuck emotions in our hips.

So if you feel stagnation,

Feel free to rotate your hips,

Move them back and forward.

Create some movement in your hips and feel what that feels like.

Moving up into your belly.

What's the sensation in your belly right now?

Moving up to your chest.

How does your chest feel?

Moving up to your chest.

How does your chest feel?

Tight,

Spacious.

What's the sensation in your chest right now?

I want you to bring your awareness to your heart.

I want you to feel your heart.

Feel the heartbeat.

Beating for you.

Keeping you alive.

Is it fast or is it slow?

Moving up to our shoulders.

Does your shoulders feel like right now?

Does your shoulders feel like right now?

Out onto our arms,

Upper part of our arms.

How do they feel?

Elbows.

Lower part of our arms.

Our hands.

What does our hands feel like?

Our hands.

Your fingers.

And I want you to take a deep breath in and place a hand on your heart and a hand on your womb space,

The lower parts of your belly.

I want you to feel your heart.

Feel it beating.

And I want you to know that this is your body.

This is your sacred body.

That heart is beating for you and it has since birth.

It was the very first organ created in your body to create life for the rest of your body.

I want you to feel a deep gratitude for your body right now.

And know that this is your body.

You are safe in this body.

Take a deep breath in and anchor in that nurturing feeling right now.

And know that inside of your womb is your home.

It's your house inside of your body.

It's your place of home,

Your place of nurture,

Your place of safety.

And you can always connect into that.

If we feel overwhelmed,

Coming over,

Place a hand on your heart and a hand of your womb space and connect to your body and to your soul and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Feel the sensation of the breath inside of your body.

And let it go and visualize that cycle of receiving brand new life and letting go of what is no longer serving you.

We're going to move into our box breath now.

Trust that what is,

Is perfect.

There is no wrong and there is no right.

Let it be what it is.

We're going to breathe in through your nose for the count of four.

We're going to hold for the count of four.

Going to breathe out for the count of four and hold for the count of four and continue that cycle.

Here we go,

Shortly I'm going to ask you to take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth and after you've done your exhale I want you to hold your breath,

Prepare yourself,

Big breath in through your nose now,

Fill your belly up,

Feel your belly expanding,

Exhale out through your mouth,

Blow it out,

Let it all go and I want you to hold,

Hold,

Hold here,

Knowing that you are safe,

Hold,

Hold your breath,

Feel your heart beating and slowly and softly and very gently breathe in through your nose,

And out through your nose and bring yourself back into beautiful,

Soft,

Slow and gentle breath in and out through your nose,

No push and no force,

Let your body do what it knows how to do,

Let it be,

Let it go,

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Place a hand on your heart and a hand on your womb space,

Connecting to that home,

Know that you are safe,

Safe,

No matter what's going on in your external world,

You always have control of your action and reaction,

Your breath can always help you bring you back home,

With the conscious breath you can come back home to beautiful homeostasis,

Where you feel calm and relaxed,

Beautiful,

I want you to know that inside of you lays an ocean,

An ocean of wisdom and knowledge,

An ocean of wisdom and knowledge,

It is always there,

We all have it,

It's a matter of reaching inwards instead of reaching outwards to find it,

Anytime you feel that sensation of anxiety bubbling up inside of you,

Know that consciously with your eyes open you can always come into the box breathing,

Where you're breathing for four,

Hold for four,

Out for four and hold for four and you can do a couple of these breaths at any time and it's going to bring you back,

Slow your breath down,

Bring you into your body and remind you that you are safe and that everything is okay and you will be reminded that you cannot always control your external world,

But you are always in control of your actions and reactions,
