
Nervous System Safety For Food Sensitivities (Full Track)
This session, led by Dr. Jenna Ray, Health Psychologist and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, is designed to help individuals with food sensitivities reframe their relationship with food, viewing it as nourishing and supportive rather than a threat. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, using subconscious suggestions, and employing visualization techniques, participants are guided to embrace food in a positive and calming way. This process helps rewire the body’s response to food triggers, allowing it to no longer perceive them as threats, thereby reducing anxiety around eating and encouraging a regulated nervous system.
