Take a nice deep breath,
Feeling the strength within you.
It's always been there,

The way you push through,
Even when it's difficult,
You're ready for this.
You don't have to be perfect,
Just show up as you are,

Hear it say,

There's no need to rush,
Or have it all figured out right away.
Just take that one small step,
Then the next,
And look at that,
You're already on your way.
You've got this.
Visualize the process unfolding clearly,
And see yourself finding your way.
All it took was self-compassion,
Patience,
And believing in yourself.
