Let's take a deep breath in and slowly exhale,

Releasing any tension.

Let's acknowledge the powerful step you've already taken by stopping the old pattern and choosing to listen to this guidance.

Well done.

You've already started the process of shifting towards your new future.

Now,

Let's take a moment to listen to the emotions you're experiencing.

It's important to acknowledge them.

What is the primary emotion you feel right now?

And is there another one it's protecting or covering up that's a more vulnerable emotion?

Let's take a moment to honor these feelings and understand what they're trying to tell you.

Every emotion carries a message,

Whether it's a need for safety,

Understanding,

Or change.

Once you've heard these emotions,

Consider how you'd like to respond differently in the future.

What new reaction can you create that honors both the emotion's needs and your desire to grow into a healthy direction?

As this process unfolds,

Trust that you have the power to reshape your response and create a positive path forward.

Now that we've listened to our emotions and have discovered a healthier solution,

Let's take a moment to vividly imagine that ideal state.
