No rushing. No doing. Just presence, breath, and a gentle landing in yourself before the day begins. A moment of peace, a reminder that you're allowed to begin gently.

Welcome.

Before you do anything else,

Before the day begins,

You're here.

Let your eyes stay soft or gently closed.

There's nowhere to rush to,

Nothing needed from you in this moment.

Take it slow,

Breath in,

And let it go.

Take another breath.

Feel your body receiving the air.

Feel the quiet release as it leaves.

This is yours.

These few minutes,

This stillness,

Just for you.

Notice where you are.

The softness of what's beneath you.

The temperature of the air on your skin.

Maybe there's early light somewhere,

Pale and gentle.

Maybe the world outside is just beginning to stir.

Or maybe it's quiet,

Still held in that hush before everything begins.

You don't need to be anywhere yet.

You don't need to think about what's coming.

Just feel this.

The body you're in.

The breath that's moving.

The stillness that's holding you.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your jaw release.

Let your belly be soft.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to prepare.

Just here.

Just breathing.

Just this.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

As you exhale,

Let go of anything you're already carrying.

Thoughts of the day.

The list forming in your mind.

Let it wait.

Another slow breath in.

Imagine drawing in stillness,

Calm,

Whatever you need today.

And breathe out,

Releasing what you don't.

You are allowed to begin your day slowly,

Gently,

From a place of peace rather than rushing.

This is how you want to meet the day,

Not already behind,

Not already spinning,

But here.

Grounded.

Soft.

Take one more breath.

Slow and full.

And as you exhale,

Maybe your lips soften into the smallest smile,

Not forced,

Just allowing.

Feel the quiet in your body.

The stillness you've created.

This is yours to carry into the day.

And know that this moment,

Whatever is here,

Whatever it looks like,

Is enough as it is.

That you are enough as you are.

Whenever you're ready,

Without rush,

Gently begin to open your eyes.

Let the world back in.

Slowly.

Softly.

May you move through this day remembering that peace is always here,

Waiting for you to return.
