Welcome to this positive guided meditation to help you believe in yourself that you are enough.

Please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed,

Turning off or silence any distractions,

And find a comfortable seated position,

Softly closing down your eyes if it's comfortable.

If you need to move at any point during this meditation,

You are welcome to do so,

Just be sure to move mindfully.

We will start by relaxing the mind and the body by taking three deep cleansing breaths.

On your next inhale,

Take a long slow deep inhale,

Feel the breath as it fills up your body.

And on your exhale,

Slowly and fully exhale all of the air out of your body,

And just feel as your body relaxes.

Taking another long slow deep inhale,

Feel your body get more expansive.

And a complete exhale,

Just notice your body becoming more relaxed.

Taking another long slow deep inhale,

As your body expands.

And a complete full exhale,

Completely relaxing your mind and your body,

And return your breath to its natural rhythm,

Just breathing in and out of your nose naturally.

Take your attention to the subtle sensations around your nose as you breathe in,

And out.

You may notice the cooler air on the inhale,

And the warmer air on the exhale.

You may notice other sensations,

Twitching and tingling,

Throbbing.

Without going into a story or without labelling,

Just simply be a witness.

If your attention drifts off to a sound or to a thought at any time during this meditation,

That is okay,

Just be kind to yourself,

And return your attention back to the meditation.

Take your attention to the pause between your breath.

The natural small pause,

Between your inhales and your exhales.

And just let your attention rest here,

Without going into a story or without judging.

And just notice the stillness in these small natural pauses.

On your next inhale,

Just notice the pause between your inhales and your exhales.

And just let your attention rest here,

Without going into a story or without judging.

On your next inhale,

Follow the breath in through your nose,

All the way down into your heart space,

At the centre of your chest.

And as you exhale,

The breath leaves your heart space and back out of your nose.

And with your attention on the breath moving in and out of your heart space,

I want you to think of a time in your life where you felt really loved,

You were really happy and joyous,

Feeling blissful.

It can be any moment in your life,

With a loved one,

Friend,

A moment in nature,

Seeing something spectacular.

Whatever it is,

Really embody this feeling,

This feeling of love and joy.

And just let it wash over your body,

You don't need to go into a story about the moment or the event.

Just simply observe the feeling and allow this feeling to wash over you.

And just keep breathing in and out of your heart space.

This feeling of love,

Joy or bliss,

This is your natural state of being,

This is who you are naturally and you are enough just as you are.

You don't have anything to prove to anyone,

You don't have to do anything for validation or appreciation or recognition,

You don't have to pretend to be something that you are not.

You are everything that you need to be already and you always have been.

Just be yourself,

Trust in yourself.

You are a reflection of light and love and you must look beyond the smoke to see yourself for who you truly are.

And you are this reflection of light and love,

You are enough,

You are a beautiful soul,

A beautiful being.

You don't have to prove anything,

You don't have to pretend to be anything,

Just be your authentic natural self,

Who you are at your true nature.

And the world will see you for that and the ones that are meant to be in your life and support you will see you for that and you will attract them in your life and they will be there to support you,

To love you and to join you on your journey.

And they will be in your presence of your light and love.

Allow this feeling of love and joy and bliss to wash over you,

Embody these feelings and emanate them out from your heart and your soul.

Just keep breathing here in and out of your heart space.

If your attention drifts off to a sound or goes off into a story,

That is okay,

Just be kind to yourself and return your attention back to your breath and back to your heart space.

Keep believing that you are enough,

Keep trusting that you are enough and you don't need to be anything else and just be you,

Be your true authentic self.

You are a beautiful being,

You are a gift to the world,

You are enough.

You can take your attention off your breath and off your heart space now and just sit in the stillness around you.

You can start to listen to the sounds that are around you and get a sense of your surroundings.

Keeping your eyes closed,

You can begin to move your fingers and your toes and begin to slowly stretch out into the space around you.

And starting off gazing down at the floor,

You can slowly begin to open your eyes,

Taking your time coming back around.
