Welcome to this guided meditation for positivity.
Please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed,
Turning off or silence any distractions and find a comfortable seated position and softly close down your eyes if it's comfortable.
If you need to move at any point during this meditation,
It is okay to do so,
Just be sure to move mindfully.
We will begin by relaxing the mind and the body,
By taking three cleansing breaths.
On your next inhale,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep inhale and a complete full exhale,
Relaxing your mind and your body.
Take another deep inhale,
Feel as the breath moves into your body as it expands and a complete full exhale,
Emptying your lungs completely,
Relaxing your body and your mind.
Taking one more deep inhale,
Feeling the expansion of your body and a complete exhale,
Allowing any remaining stress and tension to drift away and return back to your natural breathing in and out of your nose.
Taking your attention to the crown of your head now,
As you soften the crown of your head,
Continuing that relaxation down into your forehead.
Your forehead becomes heavy,
Your eyebrows become heavy,
Relaxing into your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Unclenching your jaw,
Allowing your tongue to rest,
Softening into your throat and your neck,
Your shoulders become heavy,
Resting away from your ears.
And relaxing from your upper arms all the way down to your hands and your fingers,
Relaxing your chest and your upper back,
Your middle back and lower back,
Allowing your stomach to soften and become heavy,
Just resting naturally,
Continuing that relaxation down into your hips,
Your upper legs,
Your lower legs,
Your feet and your toes.
And just return your attention back to your breath as you breathe in and out of your nose naturally,
Without trying to control or force.
Just allow the natural rhythm of your breath to flow freely,
Taking your attention to any sensations that you notice around your nose.
You may notice the cooler air on an inhale and the warmer air on an exhale.
You may notice twitching and tingling.
Just become aware of whatever sensations you feel,
Just become aware of whatever sensations you feel without going into a story or without judging,
Just simply observe.
Observe the pauses between your breaths,
Between each inhale and exhale,
And between each exhale and each inhale.
And between each exhale and each inhale.
Just allow your attention to rest on this pause,
To rest in the stillness.
If at any time during this meditation your attention drifts off into a story or to an external sound,
That is okay.
Just notice that your attention has drifted off,
Just be kind to yourself and return back to the meditation.
I want you to visualise,
To imagine,
To feel your bare feet on the earth.
The grass is soft and the blades of grass are between your toes.
And the blades of grass are between your toes.
The ground is a perfect temperature for your feet.
And you begin to slowly walk,
One foot at a time,
As each foot gently kisses the earth.
Feeling the beautiful,
Luscious,
Green grass underneath your feet.
You can feel the sun shining on your skin,
And the wind gently blowing against you,
Keeping you at a perfect temperature.
You are in a green,
Luscious field.
Beautiful blue skies.
You are feeling grounded,
You are feeling calm,
You are feeling at peace.
And as you continue to walk in this field,
You can see a small river in front of you.
And you begin to walk closer and closer to this river.
You can see a small river in front of you.
And you begin to walk closer and closer to this river.
You can hear the running of the water.
It sounds beautiful and calming.
And you come to the edge of the riverbank,
Standing next to the river now.
It's beautiful,
It's clear.
The water is washing over the stones and the rocks,
Brushing anything away that it does not need,
Brushing any debris out of its way.
And you begin to step into this river,
One foot at a time.
And as you place your feet into the river,
It is the perfect temperature for you.
It is clear,
It is purifying,
It is beautiful.
And as you walk in further into this river,
It rises higher and higher up your body,
Cleansing your body as it rises upwards.
It feels beautiful on your skin.
You are surrounded by beautiful nature.
It is calming.
And you are at peace.
And you begin to flow with this river.
It is gently holding you.
It is gently guiding you.
And it is carrying you down the river.
And you are becoming one with this water.
You have merged.
And you are the water.
You are this clear,
Pure water,
This clear,
Pure being,
Just brushing away any debris that it does not need.
Just brushing away any debris that is in your way,
Washing over and around the stones and the rocks.
And as you are flowing at one with this river,
You are bringing positivity into your life.
And as you flow with this river,
You can bring to mind anything you wish to bring into your life.
Whether that is more happiness,
More love,
More contentment,
A different career,
A promotion,
Enjoyment with friends and family,
Spending time with your loved ones,
Calling in your creative side,
Whatever it is you wish to call in.
You can bring these to your mind now as you flow down this river,
This river of positivity.
You are cultivating this beautiful energy,
Drawing in anything that your heart and your soul desires.
And as you flow down this river,
You are bringing in this beautiful energy.
As you elegantly and effortlessly flow at one with this river,
You are loved,
You are calm and you are at peace.
And you are bringing more happiness into your life,
More contentment,
More positivity.
Without going into a story too much about what you want to bring into your life,
Just simply label them.
Whether that is contentment,
Happiness,
Joy,
Relationships,
Promotion,
Career change.
Just allow the energy that you are cultivating to do the work.
All you need to do is simply bring to mind whatever it is you want to bring into your life as you flow at one with this river of positivity.
And as you continue to flow at one with this river,
You cultivate more and more of this positive energy,
Calling in more of the things that will serve you for your higher purpose,
That will nourish your heart and your soul.
And in the distance as you continue to flow,
You can see that the river opens up into the sea.
And you are getting closer and closer to the mouth of this river,
In the vastness of the ocean,
An ocean of possibility.
And as you reach this ocean,
You effortlessly flow into it,
Spreading out into the vastness,
Becoming one with the ocean.
Your whole being is at one with the ocean.
This ocean of endless possibilities,
Of ultimate potential to serve you for your higher purpose.
Allow this beautiful energy to wash over you as you cultivate it more and more.
In this endless ocean of possibilities and positivity to serve you for your higher purpose.
You can begin to bring your attention back to your breath and back to your body.
Just notice the natural breath as it enters and leaves your body.
You may notice where your body is in contact with the ground or the chair beneath you as you are anchoring back into this present moment.
And keeping your eyes closed,
You can start to listen to the sounds that are around you and start to get a sense of your surroundings.
You can begin to move your hands and your feet and stretch out into the space around you,
Slowly waking your body.
And you can begin to slowly open your eyes,
Starting off gazing down at the floor,
Taking your time coming back around.
