To help relax the mind and the body,
Please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed,
Turning off or silence any distractions and find a comfortable position lying down and softly close down your eyes if that's comfortable.
We will begin by relaxing the head.
So on your next inhale take a breath into your head as you clench your jaw and tighten up your face and we will hold this for a few seconds.
And then relax your face on clenching your jaw as you take a long slow full exhale and take a couple of natural breaths.
