Welcome to this guided meditation.
Let's begin by closing our eyes and gently dropping into the breath.
Observing our natural inhale and exhale.
Just notice,
Just observing and feeling the breath as it naturally and easily flows in and out through your body.
Let go of any tension,
Any worry,
Any stress,
Any concerns.
Leaving them aside for now.
Take this moment just for you.
As you observe your breath flowing easily and naturally in and out,
Take a moment to notice.
What areas of your body are you most aware of?
What area is calling to you?
Asking for your attention.
It might be an area that feels heavy or tight or maybe in pain.
Whatever sensation is there,
Notice what your body shows you and just allow it to be.
You don't need to change anything,
Just observe and allow.
As you continue to witness and allow,
Let's begin to breathe consciously and softly into this area of your body.
Allowing the breath to flow in and around this area as you continue to breathe.
Allow the breath to expand in and around this area of your body.
Keep breathing naturally.
Breathing softly.
Breathing effortlessly into whatever area of your body needs support.
As you continue to breathe,
Observe any changes that may be arising.
Maintaining a gentle focus.
Just observe,
Just allow,
Letting whatever is coming up to unfold in its own time.
As you continue to breathe,
Take a moment to reassure yourself and this part of you by saying,
I'm here for you.
I see you.
You are safe.
You are loved.
And just take a moment to observe any changes or sensations that may come up.
There may be colors or emotions,
Ideas,
Words or memories.
Allowing anything to arise as you continue to breathe easily and naturally.
Reminding yourself and whatever shows up,
I'm here.
I see you.
Thank you for showing up.
Take as much time here as you need.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing out.
As we continue to allow our breath to flow slowly and easily,
Take a moment to ask the part of you that's showing up,
What do you need most right now?
And simply continue to breathe into this area.
As you continue to ask,
What do you need most right now?
Allow the space and the time for this part of you to reveal what it needs most.
It may be in the form of a sensation,
Or color,
An image,
Emotion,
A movement,
A sound.
Allow all the time it needs to naturally and effortlessly rise up and unfold.
Whatever you're most aware of,
Whatever you feel,
Taking a moment to say,
I see you,
I hear you,
I'm here.
There's no pressure for anything to change,
No pressure for anything to be revealed.
We're simply being present with ourself,
Holding sacred space just to be.
Still breathing into this area,
Just listening to our body,
Just observing.
On the next inhale,
Take the deepest breath you've taken yet today,
Inhaling slow and deep,
Letting go on the exhale.
And once again,
Inhaling slow and deep,
Letting go on the exhale.
Take a moment to thank anything that has shown up for you today.
Breathing in gratitude,
Breathing in love,
Thanking yourself for taking the time to hold sacred space,
For taking a moment to say,
I see you,
I hear you,
I'm always here.
Remember,
You can come back here whenever you need to to bear witness for yourself and just listen.
Whenever feels right for you,
Slowly bring your awareness back into the room as you complete this moment,
Inhaling slow and deep,
Letting go on the exhale.
And once again,
Inhaling slow and deep,
Letting go on the exhale.
And when you feel complete,
Slowly open your eyes.
