Yet, you will move forward, so don’t worry.

You will outlast this chapter in your life, and be ready to enjoy the breakthroughs, that are just around the corner.

Welcome to the Soul Growth Sessions, A place to nurture your soul and awaken your potential. Sometimes it can feel like we're stuck between two worlds. Do you feel like you could burst into a bold new chapter in your life at any moment yet you still feel like you're under the looming shadow of the past? You have had countless days where you have pushed and pushed, Eager to keep going, Knowing that if you just push a little more and work hard enough that one day you will break free. Yet with each push you feel your energy draining and you still feel stuck in a place where nothing happens. It sometimes feels like your bright future is locked behind a door that you can't find the key to. Yet you also know you are right on track. You know that you are playing the long game. You know that you are building something strong and stable. Developing skills within yourself will serve you well in the future. Yet you also know that you need something to help you. You know that something is missing, Something that will give you the energy that you need to keep going. The universe is asking you to take the time to rest. You don't need to push harder or think smarter right now. You don't need to do more or try to increase your effort. You are already doing more than enough. You just need time to rest. This is the balance you need. This is the part that's been missing. You don't need to worry about the hard work you have already done or the work that's still left to do. Nothing important will fall apart if you take the time to rest. Just for a while. Everything will be there waiting for you when you return. Take some time out to restore your spirit and you will see that everything you've been fighting for will fall into place at the right time. So take the time to connect to the magic of life again. Play some music you love. Go walk outside. Take deep life-restoring breaths into your lungs and claim those moments to live again. You will move forward. So don't worry. Time you need to regain your strength and build the stamina that will outlast this chapter in your life. Ready to enjoy the breakthroughs that are just around the corner.
