Hello my friend,
Welcome.
Thank you for joining me in this episode of the soul growth sessions.
My name is Astral Shaman,
Your host and humble guide.
Here to help you take a moment to relax.
Open your mind,
Nurture your soul and awaken your potential.
In this guided sleep meditation,
We will visit a starlit beach,
Meet peaceful ocean spirit guides who will help you to relax,
Preparing you for a magical journey.
As you voyage across a starlit ocean,
Deep into the astral realms.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and begin to turn your attention inwards,
Turning into the sensations of your breath,
Allowing you to feel more present within your body.
Spending a few moments of quality time,
Feeling and breathing into any areas that want a little extra attention.
Breathing in fully and deeply,
Letting go easily on the exhale.
Giving yourself permission to relax.
Breathing naturally now,
You begin to become aware that you are ready to journey to a magical place.
You find yourself on a secluded sandy beach.
As the sun sets on the horizon,
The summer night air is warm and pleasant.
Waves slap gently on the shoreline.
The sand is soft and comforting under your feet.
As you watch the sun setting on the horizon,
It casts bright pink and yellow light across the sky and clouds.
As you continue to watch the colors change,
The bright pink and yellow gives way to purple and deep blue.
Till you see the soft lights of twinkling stars appear in the night sky,
Appearing one by one,
Filling the night sky,
Revealing the wonders of the cosmos above.
The moon now shines as it moves slowly across the night sky and casts a pale glow across the ocean.
A shimmering pathway of light in the calm,
Shallow waters of the shoreline.
You feel called to walk out barefoot into the cool,
Clear shallows,
Following the path of moonlight on the water.
You walk into the shallow water,
Moonlight dancing on the sand under the shallows,
Casting ripples of dancing light on the ocean sand below.
Standing ankle deep in the crystal clear,
Shallow water,
The sand is soft and the sensation of the cool,
Salt water is soothing.
You feel any tension and all troubles fade away.
Small fish swim curiously around your feet,
The starry night sky overhead.
The moon and stars cast their gentle glow upon the ocean.
Their delicate light sparkles playfully in the water.
As you relax and gaze out across the ocean,
You begin to notice other sources of light out on the horizon,
Just under the surface.
Vivid neon lights glowing and pulsing in a mesmerizing and vibrant display of bright,
Rainbow colored lights.
You feel curious and comforted by their presence as you watch them pulsing slowly and gracefully beneath the surface.
The neon rainbow colored lights slowly drift closer to you standing in the shallow waters.
Getting clearer and brighter now until you can clearly see the most mesmerizing jellyfish you have ever seen.
As you watch them gently float and pulse in a beautiful display of rainbow neon lights,
You begin to notice them float and swim out of the water,
Up into the pleasant night air,
Falling white in the moonlight as the rainbow light falls gently from within.
So graceful and ethereal.
Their colors even more vivid now against the night sky.
You see their clear bodies glowing from within,
And the ribbons of rainbow light that flow out from under them,
As if their bodies are made of pure energy.
You notice them gracefully spiraling around you now.
You feel safe and comforted by their presence.
Your spirit knows that these are no ordinary jellyfish.
They are beings of light,
Spirits of nature,
Greeting you in the astral realms.
As they gracefully float around you,
They feel gentle and curious.
You feel so much love and gentleness coming from them.
There is a strange and familiar feeling,
As if they are old friends.
As you watch their clear bodies glow,
Noticing the channels of rainbow light that run throughout their bodies,
Observing the intricate networks of light within them,
That float out from underneath in long ethereal strands.
You begin to notice your own body glow just like theirs.
You see the same channels of light that run through your own body.
Channels that glow in white and rainbow light just like them.
You begin to notice the comforting echo of your own inner light shining throughout your entire body.
As you breathe in the comforting feeling and sense of wonder awakening inside you.
Your fellow jellyfish spirits of light float and swim through the air all around you.
Your own rainbow light body glowing brighter and brighter as they swirl around you in the most captivating dance,
Changing colors to help you heal and recharge your own light body with whichever color you feel you need.
See your light body change colors,
Spending time allowing each color to settle within you until you fill up completely,
Feeling all colors within you,
Until you feel full of radiant white and rainbow light.
The moon shining bright above you shines a column of white light upon you,
Blending with your own white and rainbow light as your jellyfish companions glide gracefully,
Spiraling all around you,
Comforting you with their presence,
Protecting you and guiding you.
As the moon shines her light down upon you.
As you breathe in,
You feel the loving energy from the moon and the jellyfish spirits and all of the cosmos above you flowing through your entire being and settling,
Resonating deeply and harmoniously within your heart.
Let your inner light shine through any strength that you couldn't see in yourself before,
Now shining bright,
Clear and strong.
Take another few moments,
Breathing in deeply,
Asking in this feeling,
In this light.
Seeing your heart radiating outwards and enjoying the sensation of peace that it brings.
Now you begin to see and sense the rays of rainbow light flowing down through,
From the top of your head down through the center of your body,
All the way down to the soles of your feet,
Spreading outwards at the bottom and wrapping up and around,
Flowing all the way back up over the top of your head,
Creating a sphere of energy around your body,
Flowing continuously down through a column of light,
Through the center of your body,
All the way down to the soles of your feet,
Spreading out,
Up and around,
Over your head and flowing back in through your crown.
Take a moment to feel the flow,
The warmth of the current,
Feeling the energy flow through you,
Your radiant heart deep in the center.
As you continue to feel the flow of energy,
The feeling of energy and light within you grows,
Until it glows so bright that eventually it feels as though all you are is light.
You feel every cell in your being and every space in between,
Each cell radiating with this loving light,
Full of life,
Smiling from within.
The jellyfish symbolism is asking you to allow yourself to shine from the inside out.
This spirit animal reminds you to let those around you see who you truly are,
The spiritual lessons of jellyfish is reminding you that there is no need to feel vulnerable when you come from the heart,
Being fully transparent,
Allowing your true self to shine through.
The jellyfish spirits are reminding you that trusting your heart and its guidance is vital for you right now.
Any strength that you couldn't see in yourself before now shines bright,
Clear and strong.
There are those whose light shine the brightest in the dark,
Those whose light is there to guide others through the dark and unknown,
The quiet power that reveals its greatest strengths when all other lights go out.
Your inner glow now restored,
Let others see who you truly are,
Just like the stars and the cosmos overhead.
Let your inner light shine through and out into the world.
You feel your entire being shine under the stars,
Your jellyfish guides still floating gracefully in the night air,
Feeling at peace,
Feeling that you have returned home to yourself,
Feeling calm and tranquil.
You notice small fish made of light have also gathered around you,
Swimming through the air among the glowing jellyfish,
Drawn by your inner light.
They swim and dart around you,
Curious and playful,
Feeling safe in your peaceful energy.
Feel the gratitude of the experience well up inside you.
Relax into the flow of the feeling,
Allow it to carry you ever unfolding.
Effortless enjoyment flowing through you,
Glowing inside of you.
In every cell of your being,
Clear and comforting peace.
Sensing it is time for you to journey deeper.
The graceful jellyfish spirits slowly disperse,
As the moonlight shines through their clear bodies,
Peacefully fading into the stars.
The swirling shoal of fish swimming through the air and darting playfully around you,
Follow their jellyfish allies.
A single fish from the shoal gives you a gentle kiss on the nose to say farewell,
Before fading into the starry sky.
They return to the shore,
Bare feet on the dry sand.
Bathed in pale moonlight,
The ocean reflecting the night sky above.
As you gaze out across the starlit ocean,
You begin to see a distant island,
As you allow your gaze to relax,
You notice that the island appears to be getting bigger,
As if it was slowly drifting closer towards you on the shore.
You realise that this mysterious island is in fact moving towards you,
Across the starlit ocean.
Arriving right in front of you,
You see the island's true form,
A giant turtle with an entire island on her back,
Covered in lush vegetation,
Gently swaying palm trees.
You recognise her as Mother Earth herself,
Taking her ocean form,
You feel her welcoming you to climb upon her back and explore the island she carries.
You make your way up the island mountain,
Feeling light as a feather,
Every stride allowing you to sail through the air,
Effortlessly reaching the top.
You land on the mountain's peak,
As your feet gently kiss the ground.
Top of the giant turtle,
You see that you are travelling across the ocean,
Gliding across an ocean full of stars.
Magical ocean spirits appear as you voyage far into the open waters.
Huge whales swim serenely through the starry sky,
Singing their beautiful and haunting melodies that echo through the night air and across the ocean.
They feel comforted by their gentle presence,
As they glide by,
Feeling their song resonating deeply within your soul.
Giant flying manta rays also soar through the starry sky.
Gliding gracefully among the stars in the most wondrous colours of the cosmos.
You feel the strong,
Gentle,
Strong heartbeat of the giant turtle beneath you,
Safe at the top of our mountain shell.
Every heartbeat slow and steady.
Listening to our heartbeat,
You feel her comforting support,
Mother earth in her ocean form.
Feel her heart meeting beneath you,
Riding on the back of the giant turtle,
As you drift across the starlit ocean.

Very unique and special meditation. Loved learning about jelly fish symbolism and becoming jellyfish. Exhillarating to ride on Mother Turtle’s back. So magical and I felt strongly connected to the energy of the Earth. Only problem for me was when the music cut out and you stopped talking at the same time and there was silence for several seconds, it waa jarring for me. I didn’t know if it had ended and I felt my body tensing until you started talking again. Im going to keep listening and hopefully I’ll get used to it.
