Welcome to the Soul Growth Sessions,

A place to nurture your soul and awaken your potential.

In this meditation,

We will connect with our natural gifts as empaths,

Holding compassionate space for ourselves to deeply replenish our energy and restore our resilient spirits.

Connecting with an empowering reminder of our innate natures of sensitivity and strength.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Whatever feels right for you,

Sitting or lying down.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes and begin to turn your attention inwards,

Leaning into the sensations of your breath,

Allowing you to feel more present within your body.

Spending a few moments of quality time feeling and breathing into any areas that want a little extra attention.

Breathing in fully and deeply,

Letting go easily on the exhale.

Giving yourself permission to relax.

Take a few moments to scan your body,

Looking inwards,

Seeing what areas would like to relax a little more.

Feeling and noticing any sensation that arises,

Breathing into whatever you feel.

Telling yourself to relax even deeper,

Simply by feeling into the different sensations and breathing into them.

Feeling your whole body looking inwards,

Just noticing what you feel and breathing into it.

Breathing in fully and deeply,

Letting go easily on the exhale,

Giving yourself permission to relax.

Journeying a little deeper now,

Invite your gentle focus into your heart's energy center.

Gently focusing on the middle of your chest and a couple of inches inwards.

As you breathe in and out.

As you breathe in,

You feel nourishing energy flowing into your heart.

And as you breathe out,

You relax into it.

You affirm within your heart,

All is well.

You begin to notice a loving vibration deep within your heart.

You may even sense a radiating orb of light there.

Seeing waves of light pulsing from your heart in all directions.

Like a living star here in your heart.

Feel into its warmth,

Notice how comforting it is.

Invite yourself to relax even deeper into your heart's energy center.

As you relax even deeper,

You begin to become aware of a deep resourceful strength within you.

Replenishing your energy.

Soothing your body and feeding your soul.

This healing moment of deep inner connection awakens your natural and effortless power.

The gift of a sensitive strength thrives within you.

You are a master of healing and transformation.

Dedicating your life to personal and spiritual growth.

A balance of sensitivity and strength.

Resilient and resourceful.

An inspiration to others.

Take a moment to listen to your soul.

Let the wisdom of your higher self speak to you.

Listening to its advice and wisdom.

Using space for the voice of your soul to come forward and settle within you.

Filling you with loving energy.

Feeling your resilient and sensitive strength bloom.

Ever unfolding.

Ever evolving.

Limitless love and compassion growing and thriving within you.

You feel the warm,

Loving energy flowing through you.

Blowing warm and bright.

Radiating effortlessly from your heart's energy center.

Enjoying the sensation of peace that it brings.

Ready to return to your surroundings.

On the next inhale,

Take a full deep breath,

Feeling your stomach and ribcage expanding all the way.

When you're ready,

Exhale with a sigh,

Fully letting go.

As your breath returns to its regular flow,

You are aware of how you now feel more anchored and present within your body.

Feeling the changes that have taken place.

Letting them integrate within you.

Taking the time now to return to your surroundings.

Feeling the points of contact between you and the surface on which you are resting.

Eyes still closed,

Slowly bringing your awareness back to your surroundings.

Feeling the air on your skin gently moving your body,

Taking your time.

And when you feel ready to come back,

Gently open your eyes.

Remembering you can come back and experience this practice as often as you like.
