Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,
Whatever feels right for you,
Sitting or lying down.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and begin to turn your attention inwards.
Tuning in to the sensations of your breath,
Allowing you to feel more present within your body.
Spending a few moments of quality time feeling and breathing into any areas that want a little extra attention.
Breathing in,
Fully giving yourself permission as you continue to relax,
Feeling ready to journey deeper.
You find yourself high atop a beautiful hillside.
You can see the most amazing view that stretches far off into the horizon.
Goes across the landscape creating waves that surround you.
You look down and see a single feather nestled in the long grass.
You feel drawn to pick up this gift that you've been guided to.
As you hold this feather in your hand,
You feel something special about it.
Feeling grateful for this gift,
You decide to use it wisely.
Using this feather to help you make a wish.
Take a moment to think about what you wish to manifest into your life.
Blessing the feather with your intention.
Imagine what you want to invite into your life.
Taking a moment to ask yourself,
What is it that I really want?
See it in your mind.
Imagine the feeling of having your wish.
Feel it.
Take as much time as you need.
Let it rise up to meet you.
Imagine the feeling of having your wish here with you now.
Enjoy the feeling.
Letting it wash over you.
Breathing for yourself to relax into this feeling a little bit more.
Sinking deeper.
The warmth that flows from your heart radiates out through your entire body.
You can now feel the wind swirling around you.
Ready to carry your wish out into the world.
You feel the feather in your hand ready to set your wish free.
Letting the wind take it.
Watching it fly.
You see it soar high up into the air.
Notice something amazing happen.
You see hundreds of feathers rising up into the air to join yours.
All swirling together.
It now multiplied over 100 fold as it flies out into the world.
Take a deep breath.
As you watch the feathers soar high up into the air across the horizon.
Until they softly fade into the distance.
Something special has taken place.
You have set your dreams free.
Giving them space to fly.
Ready to return from your journey.
Next inhale.
Hold deep breath.
Feeling your stomach and ribcage expanding.
And when you're ready,
Exhale with a sigh.
Really letting go.
As your breath returns to its regular flow of how you now feel more anchored.
Feeling the changes that have taken place.
Feeling them integrate within you.
Taking the time now to return to your surrounding.
Feeling the points of contact between you and the surface on which you're resting.
Slowly bringing your breath to your surrounding.
Feeling the air on your skin.
Gently moving your body.
When you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes to the world around you.
You can experience this practice as you like.
