Jade is a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 teacher and embodiment guide with over sixteen years of personal practice in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, and Yoga Nidra. Her work blends traditional yoga with nervous system education, somatic movement, and breathwork to support regulation, embodiment, and nervous system safety. After witnessing how modern life pulls people into their heads and away from the wisdom of their bodies, Jade became devoted to nervous-system-aware yoga. Her approach is slow, clear, and grounded, helping students recognise patterns like freeze, shutdown, anxiety, and chronic activation while offering practices that gently reconnect them to their bodies. From structured flows to deeply restful Yin and Nidra, her sessions focus on interoception, breath, and pacing, making space for students to meet themselves without force or performance.
