Welcome to Letting Go of the Past You guided meditation by Isua the Infinite Goddess.
I'm so thankful and honored you're here to meditate with me.
How you start and end your day is very important and today I'm proud of you for starting or ending your day with positivity.
Let's get into a comfortable seated position.
Placing your hands on your knees with open palms to the sky.
Ready to receive what this meditation has for you.
As you close your eyes take three deep breaths into your nose extending your belly out and exhaling with an open mouth letting out a small sigh.
And again a deep inhale and release.
Last time.
Great job.
As you listen to this meditation hear the sound of the rain that is here to help cleanse your aura your mind body and spirit.
I've noticed that a lot of causes for black chakras and dis-ease stem from not letting go either our past selves past situations relationships and more.
So today for our health and self-care we're going to let it all go.
Today I want you to awaken to the new you.
You are not the same person you were yesterday last week last month or even last year.
You aren't the same person from your childhood.
You've learned you've grown you've healed and you've forgiven yourself all through love.
Doesn't that reality feel amazing?
Now I'd like you to repeat after me.
Today I acknowledge my newness.
I breathe in gratitude and release that gratitude in and all around me.
Today I let go of the past me.
I embrace who I am right now in this present moment.
Today I show myself grace as I navigate through any past triggers thoughts or habits.
Today I release any and all expectations to be someone other than my highest self expressed through love.
Today I carry no burdens or loads on my shoulders.
Today I embrace each moment as it comes and I accept and know that everything works for my highest good.
Now take three deep breaths in through your nose and releasing and another deep breath in through your nose and releasing.
With this last breath I want you to breathe in through your nose raising your shoulders up at the same time.
And when you exhale I want you to drop your shoulders down releasing any and all things that do not serve your highest good.
Good job.
Now that you have released and let go of the past you I'd like you to repeat these five Reiki principles that help promote a healthy conscious and loving way of living each day.
Just for today I will not worry.
Just for today I will not be angry.
Just for today I will be grateful.
Just for today I will do my work honestly.
Just for today I will be kind to every living thing.
Start your day by trying just one of these principles.
You won't regret it.
Feel free to listen to this meditation more than once a day.
It is a great reminder to let go of the past you and to live in the moment day to day because you have a choice.
