I'm Iswa,
The Infinite Goddess,
And I'll be your guide.
Being in the present for most seems to be difficult.
We have been programmed that success only happens when we plan for it,
And sometimes we plan five to ten years ahead.
Most of the time we're never in the present.
We're mostly steps ahead,
Even if just in our minds.
Sometimes we plan so much we get caught in perfection so that we won't fail or make a mistake.
It's okay to see the future,
But don't get stuck there giving it more energy than your present,
Which can eventually lead to physical dis-ease in the body and other things.
When is the last time you were just present with yourself,
Your thoughts,
Your feelings,
And your body?
At some point every day,
Make it a priority to be present,
Even if just for a few minutes,
And see how it transforms your energy,
Your mood,
Clears your mind,
And provides you with the self-care and love you deserve.
Find a comfortable position,
Laying down or sitting.
If you like,
You may also listen to this meditation in the shower or bath.
You may use essential oils,
Lavender on your forehead,
Temples,
Or the bottom of your feet.
Light an incense to create your atmosphere before we begin.

Breathe.
Take a deep breath in and out,
Slow and steady,
Feeling your belly rise and fall,
Expand and collapse.
Take a deeper breath right here,
In and out.
Be present.
Be in this moment.
Breathe in the present and release the past.
Breathe in the present and release the future.
Listen.
What sounds stand out to you?
Breathe.
Notice your belly rise and fall.
Notice your ribs open and collapse.
What do you feel?
Peace is here.
Mental peace.
Mental clarity.
Declutter your thoughts and just simply,
Easily,
Smoothly breathe.
Repeat after me if you like.
I have peace in my mind,
Peace in my body,
Peace in my aura.
I am surrounded by peace energy and I feel peaceful.
Breathe.
Notice your belly rise and fall.
Notice your ribs open and collapse.
What do you feel?
Calmness is here.
Feel the weight of your shoulders become lighter and lighter.
The weight of guilt,
Pain,
Confusion,
Fear,
Anxiety,
Not feeling loved or being there for everyone else but yourself.
As you breathe in and out,
In and out.
Again,
In and out slowly,
Smoothly,
Easily.
Feel your shoulders.
Release those past thoughts and future fears.
Repeat after me if you like.
Calmness surrounds me.
I am relaxed.
My mind is free.
I am calm.
My shoulders only carry my present expression,
Which is peace,
Calmness.
As I become present,
One second at a time.
Breathe in calmness and release it all around you.
When I count down from three to one,
You will be at peace in your mind and more relaxed knowing that in this present moment,
There is nothing to worry about or fear.
No situation or energy other than peace and calmness will surround you.
Because in this present moment,
Your thoughts won't overtake you.
No more overthinking,
Questioning,
Second-guessing or headaches.
In this present moment,
You are protected.
You're secure,
Loved and you don't have to worry because you're taken care of.
Imagine a stream of water.
Release those unwanted thought energies into the stream and let it carry them away.
And as it carries them away,
You feel more mental peace,
Freedom,
Clarity and completion.
Because you're here in this moment to let them go.
Listen to the water as I count down from three to one.
Three,
Breathe in.
Two,
Breathe out.
One,
Breathe in and out.
Slow your breath down even more,
Relaxing your muscles,
Breathing deeper and more.
Notice how you feel in this present moment.
Light,
Free,
Peaceful,
Calm,
Relaxed.
Your thoughts have now organized themselves for its own present time.
You're no longer thinking,
Worrying or stressing about the past,
The future or even what's happening later today.
What do you desire in this moment?
What do you really want when judgments have disappeared?
What makes you feel happy and free?
Breathe in your desire and release any expectations of what you think it should look like,
When,
If and how you think it will show up for you.
Breathe.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Slow and steady.
Feeling your belly rise and fall,
Expand and collapse.
Take a deeper breath right here in and out.
Breathe in the present and release the past and the future.
