I'm going to lead you through an EFT tapping sequence that is designed to help you tap into your sense of gratitude and move away from a scarcity mindset.

If you've never done any type of tapping before,

Don't worry,

I'll tell you all the tapping points as we reach them.

Try not to overthink it,

You really can't get this wrong.

Take a moment to sit comfortably and take some deep breaths.

As you welcome yourself more deeply into this space,

Consider where your current level of gratitude sits.

Rate it on a scale of 1 to 10,

Where 10 is filled with gratitude and 1 is total scarcity.

Where do you sit on that scale right now?

While I'm leading you through the practice,

You can let my voice carry the energy of each phrase,

Or you can repeat the phrases either out loud or in your mind,

Whatever feels best to you.

Feel free to modify the phrases to fit your personal experience.

We'll start with a setup statement,

During which we tap on the side of the hand known as the karate chop point.

Even though I sometimes forget to be grateful for the blessings in my life,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I sometimes forget to be grateful for the blessings in my life,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I sometimes forget to feel grateful for the blessings in my life,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

And now we're going to move on to the eyebrow point,

That's the inner edge of either eyebrow.

I often focus on what I lack or what's going wrong.

Now tap the side of your eye.

It's easy to take things for granted and forget to be grateful.

Tap beneath your eye.

I worry that if I'm too grateful,

I'll lose my drive or ambition.

Tap under your nose.

I've been overlooking the many blessings in my life.

Tap on your chin.

I feel I need more to be truly grateful and satisfied.

Tap your collarbone either side.

I've been neglecting the practice of gratitude.

Tap beneath your arm on the side of your ribs.

I'm not sure how to cultivate a consistently grateful attitude.

And tap the top of your head.

I've been missing out on the joy and abundance of gratitude.

Now we're going to go over those same tapping points with different statements.

Start at your eyebrow again.

I am ready to shift my focus to all that I have to be grateful for.

The side of the eye.

I give myself permission to appreciate the blessings in my life.

Under your eye,

I am learning that gratitude and ambition can coexist harmoniously.

Under your nose,

I am opening my eyes to the abundance that surrounds me.

Upon your chin,

I am grateful for all the small and large blessings in my life.

Tap your collarbone.

I choose to make gratitude a daily practice and priority.

I am cultivating a deep sense of appreciation and thankfulness.

And tap the top of your head.

I am embracing the transformative power of gratitude.

Back to your eyebrow.

I am grateful for my health,

Body and well-being.

The side of your eye.

I appreciate the love,

Support and relationships in my life.

I am thankful for the opportunities and experiences I've had.

I am grateful for my talents,

Skills and unique qualities.

On your chin,

I appreciate the simple joys and pleasures of everyday life.

Both.

I am grateful for the challenges that help me grow and learn.

I am thankful for the beauty,

Wonder and miracles of the world.

The top of your head.

I am filled with deep gratitude for the gift of life itself.

Back to your eyebrow.

Gratitude is becoming my natural state of being.

The side of your eye.

I see blessings and abundance everywhere I look.

I am attracting more reasons to be grateful every day.

Under your nose.

I am sharing my gratitude and positivity with others.

On your chin.

I am creating a life filled with appreciation and thankfulness.

On your collarbone.

I am grateful for my past,

Present and future blessings.

Under your arm.

I am radiating gratitude,

Joy and abundant love.

The top of your head.

I am deeply grateful for all that I am and all that I have.

Take a deep breath and allow feelings of gratitude to fill your entire being.

Smile to yourself and feel the warmth and joy of appreciation flowing through you.

Make a mental list of all the things,

People and experiences you are grateful for and feel your heart expanding with love and thankfulness.

Commit to making gratitude a daily practice,

Whether through journaling,

Expressing appreciation to others or simply taking moments to acknowledge the blessings in your life.

The more you focus on gratitude,

The more reasons you will find to be grateful and the more abundance and joy you will experience in your life.

Think back to that scale of 1 to 10.

Where do you find yourself on this scale now?

You can return to this practice any time you need to,

To continue raising your vibration.

Thank you for sharing your space with me today.

Have a wonderful day.
