This movement practice begins with grounding, then guides you through breath and free movement of the arms, shoulders, legs, pelvis and spine, following what your body wants to do at your own pace. You find your own rhythm, let the movement become more expressive, and slow down into stillness with a hand on your centre. You then bring to mind something that feels difficult, find a shape for it with your whole body, find the opposite, and move between the two to discover the middle point. It suits people new to movement, as there is no right or wrong way to do it. This content is educational and is not a substitute for one to one professional care.
