In this guided movement practice, Tasha Colbert co-founder of Institute of Embodied Psychotherapy, invites you into an embodied exploration designed to support grounding, regulation, and presence. Beginning with subtle awareness of bodily sensations, we move through different areas of the body, gradually expanding into space, breath, and movement. Together, we attend to the qualities of movement, rhythm, shapes and use of space and make gentle contact with the body. The practice also invites reflection on the inner experience and how it is connected to the body: How are you feeling? What is present in connection to your current life context? This practice offers a somatic approach to deepening embodiment, supporting personal resourcing through embodied practices.
