Welcome,

Warrior,

To Day 2 of our Meditation Exploration Series.

On behalf of yourself,

I thank you for making this investment in yourself.

I'm excited for you.

Today we're going to explore our relationship with the universe as we set the foundational thinking patterns for our journey together.

Put back to you.

Only you.

That's all you need here.

Just you.

Because you are the solution.

There are so many reasons that all lead back to the solution being within us.

And what we will talk about right now is no exception.

Because literally,

You are the only person who can help yourself.

And more importantly,

You,

Yourself,

Are equipped with a toolkit that contains all the instruments and medicine you need to solve and conquer any particular issues that come your way.

What you are experiencing is your own unique story with yourself and your conscience.

And this present moment is perfect.

It's exactly what needs to be happening.

These are all the ones you'll keep on having.

But you get to decide what you want them to be,

As well as how to perceive them.

So take a moment to think about where you are today.

You're always in exactly the right place at the right time,

At all times.

Maybe you achieved something great,

And you feel fantastic and proud.

Or perhaps you're feeling a little low because you've been slacking.

Both of these sides of the pendulum are okay.

Even if you're in a state of neutrality,

That's a lovely place to stop and regroup.

We are all these.

You are the solution to your pain,

But also the solution to unlocking the greatest joys and victories you could ever potentially achieve.

So there's no use in being scared of not making it into something,

Or missing the boat for something else.

We are responsible for how we want our lives to look now.

Learn now that this is true.

Learn during every now,

Tomorrow's nows,

And the ones after.

What you do in the moment is how you create your own reality.

Every decision and every tiny brushstroke we make on the canvas of our lives create ripples of impact,

And we should be conscious of what brings us positivity and what yields unproductive thoughts.

You may have heard of a life hack where every time you catch yourself complaining about something,

To turn that complaint into something you are grateful for.

Or try to abolish negative judgment or dissatisfaction and save those thoughts for 15 minutes and channel them at the end of your day.

Feel free to experiment with many methods.

What's fundamental is we must not waste our time allowing an external person or circumstance condition us.

It will happen though,

Because we're human.

And when it does,

Remind yourself that it's temporary,

And of course first notice it's happened,

And let it pass.

Influence from an external person blocking us from recognizing the light and solution within us can come in the obvious form of negativity,

From someone else's bad vibes.

But it can also be disguised as a misguided,

Well-intentioned person giving you bad advice.

Don't take it if it's not right.

Observe and remind yourself that this is what's happening,

And remember it's great to question,

But also to trust in you.

Next,

Remember this.

Our voices generate powerful vibrations,

And have a profound effect on our subconscious state.

Protect yourself from others if they're invading your vibe,

Or not resonating with you.

And be mindful of what you say to other people,

Because you're really saying it to yourself.

When you point one finger at someone,

The other four are pointing at you.

Be mindful,

Most importantly,

Of the thoughts you generate and the goals you set for yourself.

Notice when you are judging your own behavior and speaking in a critical voice.

The universe is neutral at its essence,

And it will respond to whatever you project the loudest.

Now,

We're going to meditate a bit.

That means I'm going to be quiet,

Mostly.

If you haven't done so yet,

Close your eyes and softly drift into your peaceful place within.

Shut your mind off.

Clear your thinking clouds away.

Just be.

You're beautiful and capable of great things,

You know that?

Focus on your breath,

And keep in mind that it's perfectly normal to get caught in a stream of thoughts.

Gently thank them as they come,

And guide yourself back into an empty and present mind.

Feel your breath as it moves through you,

And relax into the music.

How do you feel?

Let's set ourselves up for a great day,

Or week,

By repeating the following words out loud.

There is huge,

Untapped potential within me that is ready to come out.

So far,

I've been doing just fine.

But I owe myself to know better,

From this moment on,

That as long as I live,

I will continue to strive for even better.

The solutions have been lived before,

So I seek and find counsel within myself,

And bring it to conscious awareness.

Life is manifested through me.

I am aware of my energy,

And what I ask for,

Because I know that when I truly ask,

I will get it.

I am the artist of the canvas of my life.

You can keep your eyes closed,

Or slowly peel them open,

Like a sticker on the bottom of a brand new set of glasses.

Today,

And for the rest of the week,

Pause to think about all the strength you have inside,

Where you are now,

And what you know,

Compared to just last year,

Or even a few months ago,

18 minutes ago,

Whatever.

Do you like where you're heading?

I hope so.

It's amazing to have found your way,

And keep on it.

It's okay not to,

Though.

It's okay to be in a state of utter intensity and confusion.

It's where you need to be now.

That's where you grow.

Right around the corner,

That's where you find it.

Develop an understanding of trust with yourself,

That you can change things.

You are the solution.

You don't need to know the answer.

You only need to know what feels right to you,

From what feels wrong.

And keep doing that.

Keep listening to that gut inside of you.

It is there,

Somewhere there,

Waiting to be rediscovered by you.

And what you envision,

Just might be.
